Excellent location, good service. Parking was really overpriced almost 20€ nearby building. Wi-Fi was very weak signal, cannot use for any work (tested with 2 new netbooks). It works better in reception area, alltought slowly. Breakfast was good, value for money, but nothing green at all. They prepare for everyone warm plates by order in 1 minute! Really good system :) & friendly service!! Thanx! - Really to high price for Parking. - really bad Wi-fi connection in our room

Every thing was fine except 2 things; Internet - it just not work in the room and vary slow in the lobby. The parking is awful everywhere in Andorra but to find entry to parking of this hotel is really complicated.

Very clean and quite new. As the city is small its just in the center. For that money we got more than expected. To find the parkinghouse is not for beginners, but as we arrived to to the hotel at night, and the traffic was OK at that time, it was easyer.

Difficult to find car park, entrance is from Avinguda del Doctor Mitjavila before it joins Ponte de les Bolesand you have to look hard to see hotel name

The room and bathroom were spacious and quite clean. The hotel is conveniently located to bus stops and very close to the Tourist Info Office in addition to shopping and the historical buildings of Andorra La Vella. The cleaning staff I ran into were always friendly. The person at the reception desk was helpful in booking an activity I wanted to do in L'Aldosa and assuring that my luggage would be stored securely after checking out. I was glad there were amenities such as a hairdryer, toiletries, in-room safe, full-length mirror. The person at reception was fluent in several languages. There was a problem with my sink in that it would not drain unless I forced the drain open. I mentioned this to the staff at reception when I was checking out and I feel that the problem was likely going to be addressed in a timely manner (I don't know the outcome as I only stayed the one night). For a comparable price, some other hotels offered a buffet breakfast. Internet use was expensive. It seems in general that people in Andorra were not as warm and welcoming when first greeted, but then they became more friendly and helpful - this could be due to some discomfort because of language barrier, though.

Very low price for this standard. Nice location. Parking is extremely difficult. Garage is a few hundred meters before hotel, and unless you know the details up front you will pass it. Then you have a challenge finding back to the parking entrance after having it described by the reception at the hotel (it's difficult to park just outside the hotel in order to run in there and get the explanation). Conclusion: read up on parking access well before you arrive if you're coming by car.

Excellent location for shopping, non-smoking rooms available (which is rare in Andorra). Rooms were full of dust in hard-to-reach areas (under the beds / furniture), central heating was too hot and impossible to control.

+Very good value for money. But we stayed in low season. Great breakfast. Nice big rooms , we even got a balcony. Nice confortable beds. Frendly staff - The garage was expensiv and it was difficult to park and unload the luggage infront of the hotel. -

Part of the nh group of Hotels, the room was immaculate. It was like I was on a business trip. Comfortable with all the trappings needed for business travellers. The staff was professional and courteous. I had the room on an off-season price and took full advantage.

Very convenient for duty free shopping in the town of Andorra la Vella. Parking arrangements included being able to park "all day" for an overnight rate - good value for money given the close proximity of hotel to main shops. Were allocated a "smoking" room initially (having requested a non- smoking room) but the front of house staff sorted quickly and with no fuss...hence the high score for staff given by us.

This hotel was very clean and appeared to be quite new. Reception staff were very polite, and the location was very convenient. Parking was expensive, but I think this was normal for Andorra La Vella.

As we don't like sleeping in air conditioning it was nice to be able to have the balcony door securely partially open.
