Hesperia Andorra  

Every thing was fine except 2 things; Internet - it just not work in the room and vary slow in the lobby. The parking is awful everywhere in Andorra but to find entry to parking of this hotel is really complicated.

Difficult to find car park, entrance is from Avinguda del Doctor Mitjavila before it joins Ponte de les Bolesand you have to look hard to see hotel name

The room and bathroom were spacious and quite clean. The hotel is conveniently located to bus stops and very close to the Tourist Info Office in addition to shopping and the historical buildings of Andorra La Vella. The cleaning staff I ran into were always friendly. The person at the reception desk was helpful in booking an activity I wanted to do in L'Aldosa and assuring that my luggage would be stored securely after checking out. I was glad there were amenities such as a hairdryer, toiletries, in-room safe, full-length mirror. The person at reception was fluent in several languages.

There was a problem with my sink in that it would not drain unless I forced the drain open. I mentioned this to the staff at reception when I was checking out and I feel that the problem was likely going to be addressed in a timely manner (I don't know the outcome as I only stayed the one night). For a comparable price, some other hotels offered a buffet breakfast. Internet use was expensive. It seems in general that people in Andorra were not as warm and welcoming when first greeted, but then they became more friendly and helpful - this could be due to some discomfort because of language barrier, though.

Great hotel, very friendly reception staff. Room clean, but bathroom could have done with a slightly better clean.

+Very good value for money. But we stayed in low season. Great breakfast. Nice big rooms , we even got a balcony. Nice confortable beds. Frendly staff - The garage was expensiv and it was difficult to park and unload the luggage infront of the hotel. -

Part of the nh group of Hotels, the room was immaculate. It was like I was on a business trip. Comfortable with all the trappings needed for business travellers. The staff was professional and courteous. I had the room on an off-season price and took full advantage.

This hotel was very clean and appeared to be quite new. Reception staff were very polite, and the location was very convenient.

Parking was expensive, but I think this was normal for Andorra La Vella.
