The hotel room was large and clean and the staff very professional and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the parking, but once we had been given a map by the hotel receptionist, it was easy. Maybe try to get one in advance, for less stress. Value for money was excellent! |

Location ideal if you want to stay in the capital of Andorra. Free wifi. Helpful staff. Good restaurants close by. Breakfast had two options, the cheap (but very acceptable) or the expensive. Rooms big and comfortable. The price of the carpark. Far far too high. It was the one thing that really would make me think again about not staying there. |

Alex looked after us most of the time, he was fantastic. The rooms were always lovely, cleaned by Ana. We really enjoyed our stay! Smoking in the foyer?? |

Su ubicación excelente, muy limpio y en temporada baja tiene un precio muy asequible. Todo está muy nuevo y el personal es muy amable. Tiene wifi gratis en todas las habitaciones. Por decir algo: el parking es muy caro, pero esto pasa en todos los hoteles de Andorra. La ciudad es todo parkings de pago y zona azúl. El hotel está muy cerca de Caldea y los parkings del balneario son más economicos incluso que la zona azul, asi que merece la pena darse un paseo de 5 minutos y aparcar aquí. El parking del hotel cuesta casi 20 euros por día. |

La ubicación del hotel es excelete, en pleno corazón de Andorra la Vella y entre las calles mas pobladas de tiendas, además la amabilidad de los recepcionistas, muy simpáticos y agradables, nos ofrecieron toda su ayuda cada vez que la solicitamos. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias. El desayuno podría ser mas variado, pero bién, y cenamos un día, pero la variedad del menú es pequeña, aunque tampoco estuvo mal. |

En general está estupendamente, todo lo que le pedimos nos lo ofrecieron.Hotel casi perfecto. El acceso al parking, es dificílisimo encontrarlo y sin embargo está al lado, lo que pasa que hay que entrar por otra calle distinta a la que llegas al hotel. |
