The hotel room was large and clean and the staff very professional and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the parking, but once we had been given a map by the hotel receptionist, it was easy. Maybe try to get one in advance, for less stress. Value for money was excellent! |

Location ideal if you want to stay in the capital of Andorra. Free wifi. Helpful staff. Good restaurants close by. Breakfast had two options, the cheap (but very acceptable) or the expensive. Rooms big and comfortable. The price of the carpark. Far far too high. It was the one thing that really would make me think again about not staying there. |

Alex looked after us most of the time, he was fantastic. The rooms were always lovely, cleaned by Ana. We really enjoyed our stay! Smoking in the foyer?? |

Que l'habitació es gran i bastant nova, es al centre de la ciutat,el bany també esta be. L'esmorzar també es bastant complet Que la targeta per entrar a dins l'habitació costatava molt de que es fiques verd i no podiem entrar, també ens van tindre de programar la tele dons no es podia obrir, lo demès tot molt be. |

Mi hijo lo paso de lo mejor. Habitación de lo más amplia, vaya sin agobios de maletas ni carrito del bebe, muy bien. La calefacción demasiado alta. Vaya que el niño sudo con solo un pijama de terciopelo. La limpieza no es de lo mejor que tenga este hotel, ya que si te fijas en los rincones hay suciedad y con un bebe de 11 meses ya me dirás |

Hotel recién renovado. Grande y limpio. Buena cocina. Personal muy atento y agradable. Parking compartido con un bloque de viviendas con difícil acceso y complicado estacionar delante para descargar (muy recomendable parar para solicitar un plano de la entrada del parking). Yo personalmente no recomiendo usar el parking dado que hay mas baratos a escasos metros y en mejores condiciones. Lo único totalmente fuera de categoría han sido los guardaskis. Una sala dentro del parking comunitario (cerrada con llave eso si) donde todos los skis estaban a al vista cerrados con un candado minúsculo. Personalmente creo que no es admisible en un hotel de esa categoría y mas si hablamos de uno recién renovado. |

Molt cèntric i força nou. Silenciós tot i ser a peu d'un carrer molt transitat.Per 24€ més la nit vam accedir a una habitació Premium amb terrassa i alguns avantages més. El pàrking no té accés directe a l'hotel, encara que és just al costat i no cal ni canviar de vorera. |
