Excellent location, good service. Parking was really overpriced almost 20€ nearby building. Wi-Fi was very weak signal, cannot use for any work (tested with 2 new netbooks). It works better in reception area, alltought slowly. Breakfast was good, value for money, but nothing green at all. They prepare for everyone warm plates by order in 1 minute! Really good system :) & friendly service!! Thanx! - Really to high price for Parking. - really bad Wi-fi connection in our room

I liked the location - close to middle of city and shops, restaurants, but not in the midst of the activity. Everything within walking distance as I had no car. I would stay again should I return to Andorra. Your front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. I did not like the entrance as there was no ramp to roll luggage and steps were a bit narrow and awkward to enter and leave hotel.

Everything was great - we just stayed for the night because we were going through Andorra and we didn't expect this hotel to be so good. We chose it because it had a parking lot. The room is huge, the bedroom is absolutely gigantic, the bathroom is good, and the view from the balcony is great (to the city and mountains). It's situated on the main shopping street. The stuff was very helping and the breakfast was gorgeus. The only problem was that it's impossible to find the entrance to the parking lot if you don't know where it is. You should first go to the reception and ask for instructions.

Like all hotels in the nh group the quality and facilities of the hotel cannot be faulted. Parking was expensive (19 euros) but then that was about standard for Andorra la Vella. On a side note: not much to see in the capital if you don't like tax-free shopping!

Part of the nh group of Hotels, the room was immaculate. It was like I was on a business trip. Comfortable with all the trappings needed for business travellers. The staff was professional and courteous. I had the room on an off-season price and took full advantage.

Very convenient for duty free shopping in the town of Andorra la Vella. Parking arrangements included being able to park "all day" for an overnight rate - good value for money given the close proximity of hotel to main shops. Were allocated a "smoking" room initially (having requested a non- smoking room) but the front of house staff sorted quickly and with no fuss...hence the high score for staff given by us.

Very low price for this standard. Nice location. Parking is extremely difficult. Garage is a few hundred meters before hotel, and unless you know the details up front you will pass it. Then you have a challenge finding back to the parking entrance after having it described by the reception at the hotel (it's difficult to park just outside the hotel in order to run in there and get the explanation). Conclusion: read up on parking access well before you arrive if you're coming by car.

The hotel was comfortable with easy access to shopping areas. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. We booked a Non-smoking room and were presented a fantastic room with the best views, however this room stank of cigarette smoke and was (for us) unusable. The alternative room (a smoking room) did not smell but the view of the city was replaced with a dirty wall. The offered parking at € 18 per day is in adjacent to the hotel with access via a security door controlled by the reception. This area is used by several different businesses in the area (not hotel exclusive) and was regularly found open.
