The hotel room was large and clean and the staff very professional and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the parking, but once we had been given a map by the hotel receptionist, it was easy. Maybe try to get one in advance, for less stress. Value for money was excellent! |

Location ideal if you want to stay in the capital of Andorra. Free wifi. Helpful staff. Good restaurants close by. Breakfast had two options, the cheap (but very acceptable) or the expensive. Rooms big and comfortable. The price of the carpark. Far far too high. It was the one thing that really would make me think again about not staying there. |

Alex looked after us most of the time, he was fantastic. The rooms were always lovely, cleaned by Ana. We really enjoyed our stay! Smoking in the foyer?? |

Good modern facility, excellent helpful and cheerful staff, nice bathrooms Driving up to hotel is not easy. Hotel is directly on a main, one way street and there is no place to stop your car. Entrance to the parking area is complicated and involves driving around several city blocks that bring you to the back of the hotel. The elevator in the parking lot does not bring you directly into the hotel. |

Yes I can't believe my tv wasn't working. I was on a business trip and needed to check the news,Very dissapointing. The hotel should not offer a room if they are not in the position to offer all the services. I have always liked staying at the Hesperia Hotels and that's why I still recommend it but I hope it doesn't happen again. |

This is a very new hotel with big rooms, and with very helpfull staff. If the WIFI is free why I have to aks for acces.. but this is a very small thing... |

The room was very good but, being at the front, suffered from traffic noise. The sound isolation could be better. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally placed in the centre for weekend shoppershere The "Dinner of the day" menu was not available in English. The waiting staff do not speak English so there was difficulty when ordering. The waiting staff are excellent, we do not expect them to speak English. The management should ensure that there is a daily menu avaialble in other languages. This would simplify matters when ordering. Plates for cooked breakfast were cold. |
