The hotel room was large and clean and the staff very professional and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the parking, but once we had been given a map by the hotel receptionist, it was easy. Maybe try to get one in advance, for less stress. Value for money was excellent! |

Location ideal if you want to stay in the capital of Andorra. Free wifi. Helpful staff. Good restaurants close by. Breakfast had two options, the cheap (but very acceptable) or the expensive. Rooms big and comfortable. The price of the carpark. Far far too high. It was the one thing that really would make me think again about not staying there. |

La situació de l'hotel respecte la ciutat , el confort, la neteja. No es la primera vegada que m'allotjo en aquest hotel i els recepcionistes no et contesten en català quan m'adreço a ells amb català, crec que no el saben, però no els hi he preguntat, m'agradaria que per cortesia si jo els hi parlo amb català em contestessin amb català, sense haver de demanar-ho expressament.Sincerament em molesta molt. |

La situación del hotel es inmejorable. También nos gustó que hubiera el servicio de room service con telepizza. Al ser una pareja joven nos pareció una buena opción! Las chicas de la recepción son muy amables. Al ser tan céntrico, ya sabemos que en Andorra el principal problema es el colapso de coches por el centro. Es difícil encontrar lugar gratuito para aparcar.....pero lo encontramos! En todo cas hay la opción del propio parking del hotel, de pago. |

Está muy bien situado y las habitaciones están muy bien y muy espaciosas. El hotel usa un parking privado que sale algo caro y al estar de cara a una calle con tránsito, por la mañana cuando pasan coches y autobuses, hacen algo de ruido. |
