Nice location, nice staff, food is correct, breakfast ok. Swimming pool a bit cold and diffficulties to park in the hotel. Not the best but far to be the worth !

Great comfortable hotel. Easy access to and from slopes(within 50 m ).good size room. Very helpful staff , could not do enough to help . Free wifi in lounge, bar very useful. Small car park but still handy to get your car out of the snow

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh fruits, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, hot dishes (scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetables), breads and croissants and also freshly made omelettes or fried eggs. Machines for coffee/hot chocolate or hot water for tea. There was plenty of seating in the lounge/bar area where people often spent time accessing the internet.

We had hoped that there would be a gym (the photo on the website was misleading) and were disappointed that the pool was quite small. Our children weren't keen on having to wear a swim cap to use the pool. One of our rooms was on the inside of the hotel and we found it very hot at all times.

What I liked best at this hotel was the comfort of the beds.

Eating quality of food was poor. Spa area very poorly kept and small.High price in return for poor facilities.

Hôtel 4* avec des tarifs en conséquence , l’accès aux spa ,sauna et piscine devrait être compris . cette information devrait être précisée au moment de la réservation pour éviter la désagréable surprisesur place

Situation au pied des pistes, confort des chambres, sympathie et gentillesse de tout le personnel (y compris restaurant), idéal pour la pratique du ski (local à skis très pratique dans le garage), dîners tout à fait corrects.

Pas de wifi dans les chambres, spa et piscine moyens car l'eau était vraiment trop froide, surtout dans le jacuzzi

La barriere de la langue personne ne parle francais les prestation piscine sont en supplement et pas signaler

Piscina paga; é óptimo venderem os forfait, mas deviam perguntar se queremos seguro antes porque depois de usado é impossível / payed pool; it's great that the hotel sell the forfaits, but they should ask us if we want insurance first, because after using the forfait you can't get insurance

La cercania de las pistas de ski

El servicio de restaurante, la poca variedad de comida del restaurante y la calidad,poco espacio comun,faltan escobillas en el bano,precio del parking elevado al igual q la estancia para la calidad q ofreceis,la cama del sofa es horrible!!!no se puede dormi ahí!se te clavan los muelles!!

Decu par le caractere vieux de l hotel savon non disponible du jour au lendemain serviettes qui n essuyaient pas draps non changes pendant 4 nuits PAS DIGNE D UN HOTEL 4 ETOILES DECEVANT ACCUEIL MOYEN

Todo el personal del hotel muy agradables y atentos. Se puede llegar esquiando hasta casi la puerta del hotel.

Por decir algo, las almohadas son muy bajas y los colchones un poco blandos.
