The friendliness of the staff and the fact that the kids could play in the playroom at any time. The hotel was very warm and the beds are pretty hard. We must also bear in mind the minus temperatures outside though. |

The location of the hotel is fantastic just a 2 minute walk to the gondola. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were of a very good standard and large in size. |

Very comfortable hotel with good facilities. Our room was very large with lounge area and separate bedroom. Would recommend it. Only downside was the noise from the bars downstairs. Could hear the live band playing into the night. Was so tired after superb skiing that it didn't really bother me though. |

The hotel was close to the gondola which made easy and efficient access to the slopes. There was sufficient choice of breakfast and lunch to select. The hotel is rather noisy. I was located in the second floor opposite a pub which meant that each night there would be alot of noise till early hours of the morning. Also, being near the stairwell had many people walk up and down. The people upstairs were also very noisy. I found that the hotel facilities are alright with exception to the noise, it is very noisy and I could not sleep well. |

Se encuentra en un paraje natural realmente incomparable, al personal de comedor un 10 Limpieza de habitación nula, colchones en habitaciones se encuentran en un estado implorable, no hay quien descanse, y para el personal de recepción (aprendan a tener un poquito de don de gentes con la clientela, por favor).... |

El servicio amable, os desayunos tipo buffet libre y las cenas bufft libre. Las vistas desde la ventana (pistas de Granvalira) El horario para desayunar. Es de 8 a 10 de la mañana, tienes que madrugar un poco si quieres desayunar |
