Overall my stay at the hotel was in line with expactations - budget stay close to ski lifts. But if you want to get more quality location you should choose different places. Some good things to mention: friendly helpfull staff, location in 50 m from gondola, nice breakfast with variety of food

Rooms and furniture look obsolete, drainage smell in the room, room keys are not working properly, staff or guests are smoking in the halls and elevators

Great location to go skiing, as gondala was only 200m walk. We booked the special offer which included halfboard, a free restaurant lunch, 2x snow shoe adventure and dog sledding. There were also other options, these were fun. The front desk staff were always friendly.

Smoking inside just outside the restaurant area and bar. The wi fi always cut out after 10 mins and the bed was really really uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on springs.

Excellent location, very close to the gondola. Very good spread of buffet breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room needed to be cleaned thoroughly, not just daily. The bathroom and cupboard had a foul smell, clearly sign of oldness and been used badly. The window curtain was dusty and black.

The staff were incredible. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure anything we needed was taken care of. Our booking included breakfast on both mornings which was a buffet with a full range of choices. A supper buffet is also available. The hotel offers guided hiking every morning. Our guide was extremely good, and paid special attention to our two children ages 11 and 12. The hiking experience exceeded our expectations. The guided hiking is included for all hotel guests. This was an excellent two night excursion / family adventure on our two week visit to France from Canada.

Near ski lift, size of rooms & bathrooms. Pleasent staff & comfortable relaxing areas

The only complant was the beds were very hard

Very close (100 m) to the lift to Grand Valira.Breakfast is surprisingly multifarious! Rooms are quite cosy. Price/Quality is perfect.

Rooms were not cleaned every day.

Location was good, decor of the hotel was nice.

1.- El sitio en el que está situado, fuera del bullicio de la ciudad de Andorra la Vella, cerca de la Montaña. 2.- El desayuno, que es variado y abundante.

1.- Aunque teníamos incluída la media pensión en el precio del hotel (desayuno y cena), las bedidas no están incluídas (ni siquiera el agua) en la cena. Dichas bebidas debes pagarlas aparte, y el precio de las mismas son excesivas (alrededor de 2,5 € una botella de agua grande o cualquier bebida como Coca Cola o Cerveza). 2.- El hotel está ubicado en Soldeu, un pequeño pueblo de Andorra, donde todo el pueblo lo han convertidor en Zona Azul (incluso en temporada baja, donde sobran las plazas de aparacamiento en cualquier sitio). El hotel no tiene previsto que los clientes puedan dejar tranquilamente el vehículo sin necesidad de estar preocupado por la Zona Azul, a pesar de que existen plazas de aparcamiento de sobra en el pueblo (al menos en época de temporada baja).

Hotel tranquilo, habitación grande y el trato amable del personal.

La comida, desayuno y cena, ha sido un poco floja, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Habitacion triple,correcta,la limpieza dentro de la habitacion mala y tardaban mucho ,pocas por planta. Y de la calidad dela la comida mala malisima....lo mejor del comedor el personal Por la noche mucho ruido por los bares cercanos

Su ubicación, lejos del ajetreo de Andorra la Vella, su decoración, el trato de su personal, su bufet, las vistas de la habitación... Esperamos volver, y lo recomendaremos.

El jacuzzi se queda pequeño, aunque eso es un aspecto irrelevante dentro de nuestro alto nivel de satisfacción general.

La gran atención de todos sus empleados.

L'hôtel en lui même est trés bien situé dans le charmant village de Soldeu. La déco de l'hôtel sur le thème de l'Himalaya est splendide. La chambre (réservée pour 3 ) est spacieuse type studio avec évier, micro ondes, vaisselle pour les clients qui ne réservent que la nuit sans petit-déj. Seul bémol, la literie pas adaptée pour un adolescent (lit clic-clac trés inconfortable). .

En ce qui concerne les repas, à part le petit-déjeuner copieux, le repas du soir n'est pas en relation avec les 4 étoiles annoncées. Mais je sais que nous français sommes trés difficiles en ce qui concerne l'alimentation notamment les gens du Sud-Ouest. Nous avons l'habitude de manger au restaurant fréquemment, et certains restaurants, même brasseries sont nettement au-dessus. Déçus de la cuisine de celui-ci.
