It is located in a convenient location to the ski lifts and the local shops. The quality of the hotel is definitely not four stars. Food is mediocre, room average with very poor ventilation and dark, with no reading lights. Service is very average, more suitable for package holidays. |

This hotel is excellently located, does a great breakfast for a good 3 hours which is very useful. Most of the staff are excellent The cleaners are very good, we had all kinds of stuff lying round in our room, ipods, laptops etc and we were pretty untidy and the cleaners did a great job even putting our board bags under the beds to make more room for us. However the towels are thin, the spa facilities are terrible, bordering on unhygienic and unsafe. One member of staff who thought me and my son should not walk through reception carrying snowboards and wearing snowboard boots was also a bit annoying |

Location was good, a short walk from the ski lifts and in the centre of town. Location was also the hotel's downfall - right above a bar that can play music until late. Staff were not helpful and unsympathetic about any issues. The buffet style breakfast was also basic and not very nice - we decided to eat elsewhere. Having stayed in numerous hotels through work and socially, the service of this hotel is very poor. I believe this is mainly because they rely on the location and limited competition in the immediate area. My advice would be to pay a little more and stay elsewhere, alternatively if you just want the location then grin and bear it - just try not to interact too much with the staff! |

I liked the location, it is very good. Wi-Fi is free. Rooms and restaurant were clean. Beds very uncomfortable. About 50% of the staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Spa facilities smell badly and dirty (black stripes in between the tiles) the Hammam didn´t work you have to pay 3 extra euros to experience it, I don´t recommend it. The hair drier and the safe were not working when I arrived and after reporting 3 times they were still not repaired. Food was below a 4 star hotel standards. I would say 3 stars is more accurate for the overall rating of this hotel. All in all expensive experience although I had a great holiday with my friends. |

The food was varied and of excellent quality. The location with relation to the ski slopes was accurate. The hotel was very noisy - at all times of day/night. You could hear the drainage system from other bedrooms (toilet and shower). There were a lot of children in the hotel, and they were noisy all over the hotel - corridors, lounge and bar. To a lesser extent there was noise from the adjacent bars during the middle of the night. |

Food was more than excellent and very varied. Restaurant staff were generally freindly. Very convenient for Ski lifts. Free ski lockers ( 20 euro deposit). Reception Staff were rude and unhelpful. Even with the radiators turned off, the room was far too hot. Our room was above the 'T' bar and very noisy. Ear plugs were essential. Spa was dirty and steam room didn't work |

The friendliness of the staff and the fact that the kids could play in the playroom at any time. The hotel was very warm and the beds are pretty hard. We must also bear in mind the minus temperatures outside though. |

The location of the hotel is fantastic just a 2 minute walk to the gondola. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were of a very good standard and large in size. |

Very comfortable hotel with good facilities. Our room was very large with lounge area and separate bedroom. Would recommend it. Only downside was the noise from the bars downstairs. Could hear the live band playing into the night. Was so tired after superb skiing that it didn't really bother me though. |

Местоположение, наличие места хранения лыж, лифт. Очень плохо работают электронные замки, никогда не открывались с первого-второго раза, это целый процесс. Везде курят!!! Не работает вентиляция в коридоре у 415 номера, очень душно. В один из дней отсутствовала горячая вода. В столовой не хватает мест для всех, приходится ожидать в очереди, пока освободиться столик. Нет бассейна. |

C'est de la publicite mensongere, les chambres sont minuscules et la literie indescente , des ressorts vous rentre dans le dos . Le personnel a la reception peu agreable et le buffet pire que une cantine L'hotel est a deconseiller definitivement a ce tarid la , il doit pratiquer des tarifs a moins de 60 % sur le sport hotel parce que qu'il ne vaut pas plus . |

Increadible hotel, attentive staff with a kind portuguese waitress. More or less close the lift for the sky tracks (+- 100m). The hotel provided cabinet for the skies. No closed parking provided by the hotel. In the check in, dificulties to park and carry the begs. We parked in a public parking in open air, close the hotel. To depart, as it was bellow 0º C and the car was in the street, the diesel freezed and we had problems with the car. |
