Rooms are very large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good (althogh the coffee is not too exiting).

The spa and jacuzzi is often crowded. Bobbles were only working in 1 of the 2 spas. Most guests didn't shower before entering the jacuzzies etc. The quality of dinner buffet was poor, and the restaurant is very noisy and crowded. We choosed to eat outside the hotel 4 of 7 nights, although we already had paid for the dinnerbuffet for the whole week.

Hard beds. Very noisy location, and anti-social passers-by. Ask for a high-up room!

I really loved this hotel. First of all, it was right across the street from the ski lift. They got us a 10% discount on rental equipment and gave us a free locker to store everything right in the basement. The room was very large with a comfy bed, fridge, tv, beautiful windows and a nice bathroom. The staff were so friendly and helpful as well. They had a nice, simple spa that was perfect after a day of skiing. The free breakfast was big and had everything you could want. I would definitely stay here again!

One bad thing was there was a bar right at the back of the hotel and just under our window. On the weekend, people were very loud until it closed at 4am. I suggest a room on the front side of the hotel and high up to avoid noise. Also, bring an extra pillow because the pillows are very small! Overall, not much to complain about.

Great location (100m walk to main gondola, so no need to hire lockers at the gondola, middle of town which is only about 400-500m long anyway, so everything is within easy reach), lots of choice at breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff, spa is free (2 hot tubs, steam room, sauna, little gym - other hotels charge up to €40 per day!), very clean, always warm to come back to. Great value. Would definitely come back.

Beds very firm, rooms very hot (have to leave windows open, so can be noisy if the room opens onto a bar), one of the two hot tubs didn't bubble (now I'm being picky), although the dinner buffet had a great choice some of the food could have been cooked better (things that were supposed to be hot were cold, meat could be a bit tough).

Value for money but without compromising on quality and service etc - our second stay in 2 years - no disapointments second time round either!!

The staff were excellent.

The other hotel guest were noisy especially the children. The Spanish parents seem to have little or no concerned about their children's behaviour.

La literie Le balcon et la vue sur les pistes

- pas de shampoing dans les SDB - buffet petit dej, très moyen sin on aime le sucré (mauvais pain, fruits durs) - dommage d'avoir une belle cheminée et de ne pas l'allumer -hotel vraiment vieillissant

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence d Erika guide de montagne à l hotel et qui propose des activités avec une grande gentillesse et une grande disponibilité .

Достаточно демократичный отель и персонал, близость к подъемнику, звукоизоляция в номерах

более далекое расположение от подъемника, чем заявлено в рекламе но не критично, отсутствие тапок и косметических принадлежностей в номере, отель достаточно потрепанный, очень часто не работает маленькие сауна и спа, а когда работают то полно народу, красивый камин в холле не зажигают.

Очень высокая цена и низкое качество. Плохие ванные. Неуютно.
