Had a great stay at this hotel for 1 week in Feb. 2012 Hotel is located near to the gondola station but we would recommend to pay the 50 euros to hire a ski locker underneath the gondola station rather than use the one's under the hotel,as it saves you walking in the ski boots. It is very family friendly Hotel with a soft play room for kids. The rooms are very spacious and warm. Overall a good family hotel.

The holiday was so good. We liked this hotel. Meet so many new friends from different places. And the mountains in our window were incredible. The dinners were delicious. Come back certainly. We want fireplace so much, but it did not work. We would like to improve the design recreation and fitness center.

The staff were incredible. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure anything we needed was taken care of. Our booking included breakfast on both mornings which was a buffet with a full range of choices. A supper buffet is also available. The hotel offers guided hiking every morning. Our guide was extremely good, and paid special attention to our two children ages 11 and 12. The hiking experience exceeded our expectations. The guided hiking is included for all hotel guests. This was an excellent two night excursion / family adventure on our two week visit to France from Canada.

El trato ha sido excepcional, hemos estado dos familias y los 8 nos hemos sentido muy bien.El personal muy amable. El colchón estaba bastante mal , menos mal que pusimos el nórdico por encima del colchón. Supongo que esas cosas las irán cambiando poco a poco.

Hotel bien situado que te permite acceder a las pistas sin necesidad de coger el coche. El personal muy competente y profesional. El comedor tiene poca capacidad por lo que tienes que esperarte a veces 30 minutos para cenar. No hacen turnos y la zona de espera es justamente la zona de fumadores. El wifi de las zonas comunes es insuficiente. Nos toco una habitacion en la buhardilla de la planta 6 bastante incomoda ya que para llegar a ella tienes un tramo de escaleras y ademas la altura de la habitacion hace que tengas que ir medio agachado porque sino te das en la cabeza. Parking exageradamente caro.

La proximité des pistes La restauration (qualité moyenne) salle de restaurant trop bruyante mauvaise isolation acoustique des chambres (tapage nocturne important, intérieur et extérieur) Pas de chaine TV Française (si près de la frontière !) une ampoule HS dans Salle de bain non changée pendant le séjour Odeurs de tabac dans les communs... En dehors de la situation géographique, ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles annoncées !

Nos ha agradado y sorprendido la calidad en el trato de la gente de la Recepción, no así la atención de los camareros en el comedor. Creo que los camareros, independientemente de sus sueldos y de lo quemados que puedan estar, no pueden hacerle "pagar" al cliente con malas caras y malas contestaciones. Deberían modernizar las instalaciones en todo el hotel, sobre todo en las habitaciones donde por las noches puedes pasar frío porque las ventanas estan mal selladas y el olor de los baños, era bastante desagradable. Una pena porque tienen una localización inmejorable, pero creo que prefieren el cliente que se aloje una vez y no repita.

неплохое расположение - до подъемников метров 100. чистенький отель - убираются нормально. есть бесплатная сауна и джакузи, правда в сауне ломались скамейки а джакузи работали через день в первую очередь хотел бы отметить ужасную кухню в этом отеле. при этом уровне 4 звезды совершенно заурядные ужины без разнообразия. для сравнения nordic - совершенно другой уровень (правда в nordic сами номера хуже). персонал в ресторане совершенно не понимает английского; знают только по русски "спасибо" и тп. номер нам попал где окно в спальне - декоративное с выходом в вентиляционную шахту. постоянный шум и открывать нельзя. в номере присутствует посуда - но две чашки и две вилки и тп: хотя номер на 4 человека. при нас был пожар в отеле - самовозгорание в бойлерной. отель очень лояльно относится к курильщикам. для кого это плюс, а для нас минус - везде накурено. даже в номере разрешается курить.

Нам очень понравилось в отеле, доброжелательный приветливый персонал. Мы приехали кататься на лыжах, но с нами была маленькая собачка и мы не могли найти отельЮ где можно было бы остановиться с собакой. К счастью, отель Himalaia принимает гостей с животными. Местоположение отеля просто идеальное - до подъемников несколько минут ходу. Спасибо за хороший отдых.
