flexibiliteit bij vraag naar andere kamer (van kamer zonder naar kamer met balkon); aangenaam en hulpvaardig onthaal; verzorgde, nette kamer met vriendelijk poetspersoneel. voor een 4sterrenhotel was het avondmaal weinig gevarieerd (en koud de eerste avond) |

Degelijk hotel met goede faciliteiten, okay kamer en uitstekend ontbijt. Locatie aan de ski lift. Betalen met cc was door storing niet mogelijk. |

Friendly staff,Good Location for slopes,Good sized Rooms ,Evening Meal Good, Breakfast could be better more cereal,scrambled eggs poor ,bacon poor full of fat but that is typical for spain |

All the staff were great and the access to the slopes was just over the road. The rooms were a bit hot!! Though it was snowing outside! |

location of the hotel to the ski slopes and local amenities - cleanliness of the hotel a friend of mine booked a similar room on your websitefor the same night of stay at same hotel for half the price that i paid. |

Very comfortable hotel with good facilities. Our room was very large with lounge area and separate bedroom. Would recommend it. Only downside was the noise from the bars downstairs. Could hear the live band playing into the night. Was so tired after superb skiing that it didn't really bother me though. |

The hotel was close to the gondola which made easy and efficient access to the slopes. There was sufficient choice of breakfast and lunch to select. The hotel is rather noisy. I was located in the second floor opposite a pub which meant that each night there would be alot of noise till early hours of the morning. Also, being near the stairwell had many people walk up and down. The people upstairs were also very noisy. I found that the hotel facilities are alright with exception to the noise, it is very noisy and I could not sleep well. |

La premiere chambre quon nous as propose etait vraiment pas agreable (cadre triste) vu que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas nous avons du change de chambre - la deuxieme n etait pas comparable a la premiere - tres belle chambre |

El trato recibido en recepción,la variedad de comida para elegir el la cena y n el desayuno.Creo que por el trato,comfort,comida y excursiones de senderismo gratuitas es un hotel muy recomendable. |

sus habitaciones eran muy buenas y espaciosas Sus habitaciones eran buenas el trato del personal muy bueno sobre todo el de recepcionistas y monitores para rutas es bueno, pero deja mucho que desear el personal del comedor, sobre todo cuando un cuarto de hora antes de su cierre de desayuno y cena te dejan a media luz, literalmente te apagan la mitad de alumbrado, para que vayas acabando y cierren justo a la hora de cierre ese comedor.Nos ha pasado y es muy desagradable y más cuando te dicen que vayas pasando a la otra parte porque se va a cerrar , esto mismo fue lo que nos dijo una señorita rubia, debía ser la encargada del comedor, con muy mala educación aunque ella se creyese que estaba en zu razón. Fue un numero lo que montó, la dirección de este hotel debería controlarla |

La amplia habitacion. La buena disposicion a solucionar lo que no nos gusto de la habitacion. Deberian mejorar los plegatines de las habitaciones.podiamos contar los muelles con el cuerpo.pero nos propusieron poner otro colchon encima para amortiguar un poco. |

M gusta todo, por eso no es la primera vez que voy. La habitación esta muy bien, però la vez anterior era más amplia i tenia armarios de cocina ,mesa con sillas, i microondas, i esta vez me toco una mas simple. |

Todo perfecto. Estoy seguro que volveremos a repetir en el hotel por su tranquilidad en las habitaciones y en sus alrededores.Variedad en el bufet y su horario es amplio capaz de acomodarse a cualquier comensal. Muy bueno para familias de cuatro personas y con mascota. Es dificil encontrar hoteles que permitan en la misma habitacion a cuatro personas, una mascota y que ademas, este bien de precio y que este todo en concordancia. |

El buffet lo he encontrado flojo, pero el resto ha sido correcto. El buffet de media pensión (cena) ha sido un poco monotono y repetitivo, aunque la calidad era correcta |
