Great hostel, really friendly and helpful staff, nice little room with very clean ensuite. About 7 minutes walk from the central street nad 10 minutes from the bus station.

Recommend being veyr sure of where the hotel is if you are arriving on foot/by bus. It's near the main street but a little bit hidden.

Small, but very neat and friendly hotel, run by mother and her two daughters. Location is very quiet, which is a plus in such a busy city.The ladies are extremely friendly and eager to tell you about the surroundings and things to do.

Difficult to find, if you don't know the way in the town

Not a serious problem, but the rooms are on the small side, even for me who is a tiny person. Tiny windows do not allow adequate ventllation which would have avoided the need for air conditioning. Very basic amenities which means there are no clocks or such things in the room and so no wake up service although I am sure had I mentioned the need for it the staff would find some solution.

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay in this charming, tiny hotel.! Every effort was made to make us comfortable. Rustic, authentic, unpretentious.

Parking in a public carpark, a walk away, may not suit everyone. We could have done with more products (soap)in the bathroom !

I felt like I was staying with friends or relatives while I was there instead of some big impersonal hotel. The food is really great and prepared by a local celebrity with secret family recipes. The location in relation to shopping, ski bus and restaraunts couldn't be better, but you still have a small, quiet village feeling while you're sitting by the fire or resting in your room.

It's a little difficult to find, but definitely worth it when you do. Don't use the GPS, it will only confuse you and lead you down the wrong path.

En general, todo. Hostal muy familiar, las habitaciones son más bien pequeñas pero bien decoradas y muy acogedoras. El trato del personal del hostal ha sido excelente en todo momento. Sin duda un hostal para recomendar, especialmente para parejas.

El hotel ha sido estupendo, lo mejor de todo la atencion, su ubicación y la relación calidad precio!!!estuvimos 4 dias y nos dio pena irnos!!totalmente recomendable a parejas!!!

Nada!!lo unico que esta un poco escondido y al no tener parking tienes que pagarlo a parte, un gasto con el que no contabamos!por lo demas todo genial!!

Hotel idéalement placé dans la vieille ville, chambre pas très grandes mais très agréables. Merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux et en parfais francais !! Le menu du soir a 18 euros (vin compris) est tout simplement excellent, on peut meme voir de la salle les cuisines ou sont mijotés les bon petits plats maison. Ambiance familale et convivialité garantie !! Conclusion si vous aimez les hotels chaleureux ne ratez pas celui la !

La familia que atiende este hotel, Madre y dos Hijas son de excelente trato, la cocina estupenda, y la localización en medio del casco antiguo de Andorra la Vella.

No tiene ascensor pero pora dos pidos no hace falta, Tienen uno pequeño para las valijas. La ausencia de parking pero tienes uno muy cerca exterior y muy economico para ser Androrra. 10,50€ por día.
