Hotel is listed as a four star, I would say nothing more than a two star. Staff very unhelpful, room very dirty. We took the half board option expecting quality from a four star, but food was really bad, complained but no result. Booked for 3 nights but moved next morning |

Good Location and nice staff rooms were pretty ordinary for 84 euros a night and it was pretty noisy during the evening with the people down the hall. |

I would like to choose location of the room. Despite I have made reservation very early, my room location is bad. My room windows was not looking at the outside. Second point is that, check price with booking com. have a copy of booking.com reservation information paper including price. Finaly bed qualty is poor. |

la chambre est spacieuse et très belle.la salle de bain est très jolie (beaucoup de marbres)la température est agréable.tout est très propre.le petit dej très varié et excellent. le chauffage de la chambre fait beaucoup de bruit(comme de la pluie très forte).le diner fait un peu cantine mais bon pratique et à volonté.il faut laisser une caution pour avoir la télécommande de la télévision. |

Habitación doble muy amplia, con baño grande y completo. Calefacción (radiadores tanto en baño como en dormitorio). Por cierto, sí que hay sábanas, jabón, toallas... y de todo lo necesario. El desayuno está bien. Está algo alejado de la calle principal, de las tiendas, unos 20 minutos andando (que no son pocos). Para aparcar, el parking del hotel es de pago y toda la zona de alrededor también era de pago. Para ver la tele de la habitación hay que dejar un depósito por el mando, de 20€. No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas, más bien de 3. |

наличие ужина и вид с седьмого этажа на город и на закат. чисто, аккуратно. нормалная цена. Lunch, Good view to the city and evening sun from the top of hotel. it is clean and normal. price is ok. воду к ужину можно было бы бесплатно наливать. отопление страдает, кондер, лифты, диванчики можно обновлять раз в 10 лет хотябы. сделать wifi на этажах будет плюсом. water at the evening lunch should be free. to make heating in the room (not by air condition) will be good. Upgrade of lifts, sofas and air conditions is needed ones per 10 year. make available wifi on the floors. |

No habia plazas de parking, las almohadas lo peor. Yo reserve una triple porque iba con niños y queria una cama de matrimonio y me encontre con tres camas individuales.el bufet muy justo, y si quieres utilizar el yacuzzi hay que pagar |
