The rooms were warm and confortable.Staff were friendly We were not told that the restaurant service was not available at the hotel, but 100m. down the road.We were not told that the car parking that we paid for was under the hotel and not just in the grounds. So we wasted 5.75 euros per night. |

Nice view. The breakfast was good. The bath tub was a bit of a let down. We paid for parking but it's free if you park outside. |

We appreciate no problem to go with dogs. Also jacuzzi and flat tv We had twin beds (not double). Sleep function on tv didn't work. No mobile coverage on orange network. |

La habitación muy limpia, y la bañera hidromasaje me ha gustado mucho aunque me lo esperaba un poco mas grande. El desayuno se acaba pronto, el horario es de 8 a 10 y si vas al hotel para descansar y desconectarte un poco, pues podria poner de 8 a 11 o 12...(digo yo). |

El hotel esta bien. Tiene sus añitos, ha sido remodelado parcialmente, pero suficiente. SIn lujos, pero con ambiente. El desayuno variado y abundante hasta el final del horario. La media pensión en restaurante Topic, al lado del hotel de sobresaliente, tanto el servicio, como los platos. Habitación muy amplia y con bañera de hidromasaje. La habitación estaba limpia, pero en la bañera habia manchas de pintura. El gel en sobres. La camarera que atendia el desayuno no paraba de poner caras delante de los clientes por todo. Eso se hace en la cocina donde nadie le ve. |

La seva ubicació al poble d'Ordino, zona molt tranquil·la i sense sorolls i sense problemes d'apartament. Ben orientat. El protector de plàstic del matalàs, s'encongia i molestava a la part lumbar. Haurien de posar-lo molt tibant. La resta, tot correcte. |

Een eigen balkon met uitzicht over het dal. Ordino is zeer goede plek in Andorra. Goed bereikbaar met de bus. Musea en winkels voor levensmddelen in het dorp In het hele hotel wordt gerookt. Zoals in heel Andorra. Rookvrij ontbijten, lunchen or dineren is volkomen onmogelijk. Dat was voor mij zeer problematisch. |

Se encuentra dentro del pueblo, el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño está muy bien, disponen de una buena terraza. Ambiente cálido y familiar. El personal del restaurante es amable y se preocupa de que estés bien. Pudimos llevar a nuestra perrita. Aunque hay un acceso al ascensor desde el parking, deberían plantearse una rampa de entrada hacia la puerta principal del hotel, sobre todo para las familias con carritos y personas discapacitadas. |
