The location in the heart of Andorra No-one speaks English there, but not only in the hotel, seemingly no-one in Andorra does. (I´m not an English native myself, so this is not written out of arrogance but pure necessity)

En general todo, muy bien.El trato correcto,instalaciones amplias,cuidadas y limpias. La habitación (Suite) muy amplia, bien decorada y muy limpia. En el caso de esta habitación pudimos disfrutar de la sauna y de la piscina sin coste alguno, así como hacer uso ilimitado del mueble bar (Cerveza,agua y zumo). En lo que respecta a la media pensión destacar el desayuno bufett,es fabuloso!!.La cena es sencilla pero exquisita, bien elaborada y presentada, a elegir entre cuatro primeros,cuatro segundos y postres. Otros detalles a tener en cuenta....Wi- Fi gratis en todo el hotel, se puede fumar, bien ubicado, silencioso, tv de plasma,etc. En el desayuno se pueden pedir platos calientes elaborados al instante (sólo entre semana) Nada que comentar al respecto. Todo correcto. Sólo una observación,el parking es algo caro. A unos 70 metros hay un parking público muy económico respecto al del hotel, 0,25 céntimos el cuarto de hora (primera1/2 hora gratis) y 1 euro toda la noche (de 20 a 8).

расположение хамство администратора: новогодний ужин, указанный при бронировании в качестве включенного в плату за проживание 31 декабря, по словам стаффов, оплачивается дополнительно. было предложено самим "разбираться с букингом", через который мы отель бронировали. угрозы, что нам еще в андорре жить и потому нечего качать права. неоднократное употребление администратором майти слова "рилакс", призванное, вероятно, умерить аппетиты клиентов.. "невероятная услужливость" некого энрике: при въезде обратились с просьбой уведомить о доставке багажа, затерянного авиакомпанией где-то по дороге. обещал доставить в номер. в конечном итоге, только через три дня все-таки на всякий случай уточнив про багаж, узнали, что он уже два дня как доставлен в отель, и нам, видите ли, звонили в номер, но мы не ответили на звонок.. ужасный отель, три звезды ему - максимум-премаксимум.

En general todo ha estado muy bien. El parking es caro, pero puedes aparcar el coche en las zonas públicas y es mucho mas barato. Como todos los sitios a veces te encuentras con algun personal no muy amable, pero bueno.. A recordar que en la cena o en la comida las bebidas no estan incluidas.

El desayuno abundante, de una calidad poco vista en un hotel de 4 estrellas incluía salmón ahumado, leche de soja, desnatada. Etc... en el buffet . Las instalaciones muy confortables, el trato recibido muy agradable No es que no me haya gustado, simplemente que el colchón demasiado duro si tienes que dormir mas de una noche en él.

Hotel de bon niveau Le tarif proposé est interressant par rapport au tarifs affichés de l'hotel. Toutefois à ce prix là, il faut rajouter 12 Euros par petit déjeuner et 4 euros par entrée à la piscine et 22 euros pour le parking. C'est un prix d'appel qui n'est pas une réduction réelle. Rien n'est annoncé lors de la réservation. Il est très désagréable d'être considéré comme des mauvais clients qui ne payent pas cher.

Estuvimos una semana y nos trataron muy bien. Las cenas eran buenísimas y el buffet del desayuno abundante y variado. El trato del personal del restaurante excelente. Para ser un hotel en Andorra-Escaldes, y por lo otros comentarios que he leido sobre los garajes de otros hoteles, éste estaba muy bien, apenas rampa y amplio, lo único que tenías que dejar las llaves.Volvería sin dudarlo. Quizá el no tener aire acondicionado en verano sea un inconveniente pues en Escaldes también hace calor en estas fechas.

Su ubicacion a tan solo 5 minutos de la calle más popular de compras de Andorra, las censa estan muy correctas con servicio de mesa. Las habitaciones dobles son amplias. El chico del bar del hotel es muy atento, la noche que estuvimos había bastante gente, y él atendió a todos, sin demora y muy correctamente. El colchon es muy muy duro, y lo dice alguien que huye de los blandos. Las almohadas lo peor. No hay wi-fi en las habitaciones, debes pedir un cable en recepción de adsl.
