The staff is very pleasant. Good location with very services around, Confortable - Internet Connection very poor; Watter in the bath room is not enoufght hot at the end of the day for a 4 **** Hotel. |

Food; breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of choice, the evening meal menu was different every night and we were quite adventurous with our choices from the local dishes, the rooms were spacious, clean and warm, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. |

The hotel room is spacious & clean. Just a few mins walk to the shopping street. The breakfast variety is good & foods is delicious! It's my first stay in Hotel Fenix & it leaves a good impression to me. I will definitely stay there again if i go to Andorra. |

Cleanliness of accommodation and good breakfast facilities In Andorra there is not yet a smoking ban so even though in non-smoking room, tainted by smell of tobacco. Limited parking at hotel and expensive, cheap public parking reasonably near though. |

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Personnel aimable et avenant. Demi-pension avec un repas du soir de qualité, varié et très fin. Garage un peu cher mais gardé en permanence avec un personnel compétent et serviable. Difficulté à régler la température (c'est un comble aux Escaldes) : le chauffage est impossible à baisser et l'eau chaude a manqué par deux fois. |
