Расположение и состояние отеля,а самое главное отличный персолнал(очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный). На входе в гостиницу с улицы я бы рекомендовал сделать ровную дорожку для подъема и спуска чемоданов и сумок на колесиках. |

The hotel room is spacious & clean. Just a few mins walk to the shopping street. The breakfast variety is good & foods is delicious! It's my first stay in Hotel Fenix & it leaves a good impression to me. I will definitely stay there again if i go to Andorra. |

Cleanliness of accommodation and good breakfast facilities In Andorra there is not yet a smoking ban so even though in non-smoking room, tainted by smell of tobacco. Limited parking at hotel and expensive, cheap public parking reasonably near though. |

Agradable habitación con mesita y 2 sillas con reposabrazos, buena iluminación y bastante confortable. Hotel ubicado proximo al balneario Caldea. Fuí a buscar el coche cuando se marchó el encargado del parking sobre las 21:20 y encontré la puerta abierta del parking, todos los coches estaban abiertos y con la llave puesta, los vehiculos estaban libremente expuestos a cualquiera que pudiera entrar por la puerta del parking. Supongo que fué un descuido del personal de recepción, al avisarles de que sacaba mi coche y despues de salir del parking por fin cerraron la puerta. |

L'accueil fut impeccable, la chambre d'une propretée irréprochable...L'hotel est d'un silencieux... Le parking privé de l'hotel, c'est 20 euros la nuit, c'est tout de meme chère, bon on laisse la clé dessus , c'est surveillé, génial. De toute façon il n'y a pas une place dans les alentours, en tout cas le week-end c'est full. |

La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza, una cama de 2 x 2 m, la ubicación y además el dia que saliamos del hotel pudimos dejar el coche hasta la tarde, sin coste añadido. En el puente del Pilar, cuando fuimos, el coste del hotel era bastante caro. |

el trato recibido tanto en recepción cómo en el restaurante, su situación, y la facilidad para aparcar, puesto que si no quedan plazas en el hotel, hay 2 parkings muy cerca. |
