Excellent location. In the hotel people smoke every where, so I didn't like my bedroom because of the smoke smell.

Very attentive, polite personal. For me good breakfast and dinner. In the last day wife got sick. Because of the food or some else don't know. I felt ok.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The rest of the staff was rather surly. The price of parking was rather high. The breakfast was very good but dinner was rather awful but inexpensive. The staf other than front desk and the evening dinner.

Free unlimited wifi - a must for any hotel. Electrical appliances (TV etc) need updating as they are of poor quality. No air conditioning which in summer heat I can imagine makes the room too hot.

location in the centre of Andorra la Vella. Price. Cheap parking behind the hotel (a lot cheaper than the parking at the hotel!) on the other side of river. All rooms were supposed to have balconies but only the double rooms did. Double room didn't have a double bed. Some of breakfast items finished before the end of breakfast so you need to be quick!

Good position in the centre of Andorra, in shopping area, near tourist office and bus station. Very clean and very friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent very high speed wi fi included. There is no air condition. No problem in winter, but very hot in summer.

Nice location (especially for the shoppers - there are a lot of shops around the hotel), though, of course, not 50 meters to the bus station - at least 500. We asked for the non-smoking room, but it was for sure smoking room - there was a terrible smell inside (room 411). The other thing which unpleasantly surprised us - the window of our bathroom faced the balcony of next room (so if one stays at the next balcony he can see all inside our bathroom, because the window is rather transparent). And finally the most unpleasant thing: we booked the room for 48 euros but they charged 60 euros.

Goog location, good breakfast Room was very cold and dark, TV programs didnt work, last visitors smoked in the room - smell was disgusting. Reseptionists were unfriendly to persons, who dont speak catalanish. It was first time in my life to visit hotel so unfriendly to tourists who speaks english, not local language. Never-ever visit Andorra again.

Хорошие комнаты, удобное расположение, низкая цена. Припарковаться рядом невозможно . Пришлось парковаться на набережной где и был получен штраф за просрочку.

Для посетителей, приехавших для активного отдыха (экотуризм) удобное время завтрака и ужина, позволяющее обходиться без лишних расходов на еду.Очень высокое качество ежедневной уборки номеров. Дорогая стоянка автомобилей. Если Вы не очень ленивы и до вечера путешествуете на автомобиле, дешевле в 10 (!) раз парковать машину на улице, имея мелкие монеты. Но в отеле Вам этого не сообщат. Найти место можно в 100-300 м от отеля. Не стоит рассчитывать любоваться горами прямо из окна номера: окна номеров выходят на узкий балкон, напротив окна других номеров. Но расположен отель недалеко от выезда на трассу, от которой до красивейших мест всего нескололько километров.При этом отель расположен по-близости от торговых центров и магазинов, что позволяет совместить активный отдых с шопингом

самый центр столицы андорры! очень удобно гулять по городу и магазинам. есть своя подземная парковка (но дорого! кажется, 18 евро за ночь!). часть номеров выходит на горную речку - шумно, но красиво. номера старенькие, но всё для невзыскательных туристов есть. очень хороший завтрак! в общем, нам на одну ночь (по пути из каталонии во францию) всего было вполне достаточно. в лобби-баре по-английски понимал лишь 1 чел и то с трудом. еды-закуски не было никакой, только выпечка, оставшаяся видимо с завтрака (мы на утро такую же ели бесплатно). вкусно, но мало. в номере не увидел я вентиляции или кондиционера. как там летом будет, интересно? зато видел масляный электрообогреватель в углу. это зачем?

La ubicación es muy buena. El horrible olor a humo en las habitaciones, sábanas, cojines... y en mi caso, en el baño de la habitación salía agua continuamente, con lo que el suelo siempre estaba lleno de charcos.
