Lo que más me a gustado es que admiten perros sin ningún coste, y que está super centrico, y el precio bastante bien! La verdad que el personal, son muy rancios. El primer dia cuando yeguemos al hotel la chica que nos atendió no parava de masticar chicle, y hacer bombollas. Creo que para estar en recepción cara el publico.. Un poquito mal queda noo??

La calidad precio y que esta muy bien situado y muy cerca de todas las tiendas y del centro termal dr caldea. La recepcionista un poco seca y que a la hora de almorzar,almuerzan contigo las de la limpieza y la recepcionista.supuse que eso era por la poca gente que habia en el hotel y no tenian que arreglar las habitaciones.

La limpieza de la habitación era correcta y la situación del hotel es buena. El desayuno también correcto pero muy justo Tienen un perro en recepción y eso es un problema para personas como yo que tenemos fobia a los perros. La habitación daba a un patio interior y mejor era no abrir la ventana por los olores, ruido y además porque no pasaba ni una brizna de aire y así dentro de la habitación te cocías.

Me gustó que es familiar pero no agobiante y no ha habido problemas de ruidos.Y Más céntrico imposible. No me gustó que no me contestaran al mail preguntando si había cena de fin de año porque según ellos esto le llegó a booking, pero ellos lo sabían. Y que la tv tenía interferencias que no pudieron arreglar.Además no hubo ninguna rebaja en el precio por reservarlo 2 meses antes. De todos modos se está a gusto, volvería.

La ubicación del hotel es increíble. Está a 5 minutos de Caldea y en plena calle comercial. El personal es muy amable y además se admiten mascotas. La habitación que reservamos era para tres y el plegatín era bastante cómodo. Recomendadísimo. Que no hubiera internet. Se echa de menos cuando estás lejos de casa.

Precio-calidad La situacion de la habitación era al lado de la escalera y encima del comedor de desayunos en la primera planta, con lo cual los ruidos de los platos, el menaje y la gente eran bastantes incomodos.

La ubicación perfecta hace esquina con la calle principal de tiendas y hay mucho aparcamiento cerca (aunque es de pago). La habitación limpia, baño amplio con ventana al exterior, calefacción, no se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. El desayuno normalito, con lo típico de siempre pero bien. Con el personal ninguna queja. El ascensor un poco lento.

Situación inmejorable cerca de todas las tiendas y del centro termal caldea. Es sencillo pero confortable, limpio, y las camas son comodas. El desayuno muy bien y el aparcamiento muy cerca del hotel por 12 € al día. .
