Very good location and cofortable room.

The wifi is always out of order and you have to go to the pc of hotel and pay for the internet.

The staff was very friendly, the central location of the hotel, you can easily get to Caldea spa, shopping or mountains.

Location was great if you are happy to be right in the centre close to the shops. right in main shopping street. Breakfast buffet was also very good selection.

the noise from the other rooms. could hear people going to the loo in the next room!! and in the mornings got woken by the cleaning staff talking very loudly in the hallways.

The room was spacious with a balcony. The parking is easy. Breakfast was great, close by caldea spa. The restaurant in the hotel is also good, with a lot of other options available not far from the hote.

The location was perfect, right in the main shopping area. The room was very big, lots of space.

The women at the reception were very unfriendly. Very serious, spoke in very low voice and not very helpful. We didn't like them at all, they made us feel very uncomfortable. The boss should have a word with them!

Garage under the hotel, room very clean and quiet.

For a one night stopover this was a pleasant hotel. We had quite a large room, very quiet and comfortable. As we don't like sleeping in air conditioning it was nice to be able to have the balcony door securely partially open. While the hotel is centrally located in the heart of the shopping area the town is also in a spectacular mountain valley..much more appealing to us.

Shame that they dont offer free parking. Just over €20 per 24 hours.

Enjoyed very much the Husa Centric. The staff were very friendly which made the whole weekend special.

The room was excellent, particularly the well equiped bathroom that had shower, seperate bath, and bidet.

It was a shame that the bedding and pillows where of that synthetic, slightly sweaty meterial. The wi fi internet, although free, as it should be, did not work well on many pages, some were ok. It is not lack of signal stregnth, or speed when it was working. But it was often impossible to check webmail, or log on to the hotels system. This needs sorting out, and the bedding. Then it would be a near perfect hotel.

Excellent Hotel would recommend to our friends. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Demi pension was excellent value and the dning room staff were very attentive and polite. The food was of very good quality and the service excellent. Hopefully, we will return again next spring.

Rooms were good size, but appointments within the room were typically the case where the architecture is designed without the interiors done simultanously, even the interior space planning was done around columns in wrong locations for a hotel, probably the result of the hotel structure having to abide by the location of columns in the parking basements. Poor selection of furniture, and very poor windows for a resort town, starting at chest height. Separate shower in the bathroom was one of the valid features. Poor elevator service, one of the two elevators seemed to be constantly down, even with hotel full, guests chose to use the steps wait for so long. Poor reception staff, no info was volunteered at all unless requested. Location was good for pedestrian Andorra La Vella, although finding it was not too easy with the traffic flows.
