The location is excelent: at the edge of the village, close to the beginning of walking paths into the forest, with a wonderful view of mountains. Rooms are big, lovely decoration, very clean. The windows are big, allowing for a lot of light and fresh air. The guy on the reception who did speak English was very helpful. All the stuff was pleasant. Breakfast was not very varied, but each item was of very good quality. Overall, the hotel just gives you a pleasant feeling. It's comfortable and welcoming. 1. Not all the stuff at the reception desk speak English on a satisfactory level. One of the women didn't speak English at all, which was a little problematic, since it was her we've met when checking in. However, all tried to help as well as they could. 2. At breakfast there were absolutely no fruits or vegetables, fresh or otherwise. While the quality of the food that was there was excelent, I found this lack frustrating. It would be expecially problematic for people adhering to a vegetarian or a vegan diet. 3. Apparently there are no non-smoking rooms in the hotel. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke when we first entered it. The smell disappeared entirely after a few hours of open windows, but that left the room very cold at our return. |

It was close to the ski lift. Nice and cosy place to stay. Room was comfortable and warm. I would appreciate more choice for breakfast buffet. |

nice clean room, close to village and ski lift. Good prices and value for money Just a little hot, as heating on all the time, but this can always be a positive thing as you are in a ski resort |

La proximidad al telecabina que te lleva a las pistas de Arinsal. Se ve desde la ventana de la habitación, está a menos de cinco minutos caminando. Hacía demasiada calor en la habitación. |

La atención del personal que alli trabaja. Ante cualquier pregunta, duda o problema te dan la solución lo antes posible, sin peros ni esquivas... Tambien la limpieza y la comida del Rte, y el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones, y sobre todo la tranquilidad. El unico fallo que veo es que las habitaciones no tienen nevera. |
