Lovely homely feel, almost like visiting friends, the staff were really great. The hotel is actually a hostal and therefore should be viewed as such. We had no complaints other than the smallness of the room, but after all, it is a hostal. We would certainly visit again. The room we took was rather dark and looked over the rear, other rooms shown were similar, having said that we booked at the last minute so we couldn´t really complain, and it certainly did not spoil things. |

quite location, dinners were excellent, hospitality sauna did not work, wifi did not work in the room, and in the lobby it had problems as well |

Personal encantador (nos hicieron el desayuno aunque si nos despertamos después de las diez); el sitio es un verdadero encanto y con unas vistas impresionantes, nos dieron una habitacion super preciosa (yo lo pedì por correo y me contestaron en seguida), hay aparcamiento, un par de restaurantes espectaculares en los alrededores... un encanto, volveremos sin falta! A lo mejor solo el desayuno era un poco pobre, faltando lo que uno se puede esperar de un hotel de montanya (cosas calientes, bacon, huevos, cosas asì). Pero por lo demàs, todo perfecto! |

Hotel muy acogedor , cercano a Andorra si vas de compras , el desayuno estupendo y tambien el menú del restaurante. facilidad para aparcar y gratis, algo dificil en Andorra. |

El trato del personal. Siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Se trata de un hotel relativamente pequeño, con el encanto del trato familiar. Creo que es ideal para familias y para desconectar. A un paso de las pistas de esquí y del centro comercial de Andorra, lo cual es fantástico para evitar aglomeraciones. Recomiendo la media pensión. Excelente. Por decir algo, quizá la habitación individual un pelín pequeña, pero se compensa con el resto. |

Lo hemos elegido por su ubicacion, buscabamos tranquilidad y la hemos encontrado, el desayuno es muy completo y la habitacion muy comoda y amplia, quiza el colchon es un poco duro, pero dio igual a la hora de descansar |

L'hôtel est situé dans un cadre agréable de montagne hors de la grande route qui traverse l'Andorre. L'accueil est sympathique et discret, mais prêt à rendre service. On se sent immédiatement à l'aise dans ces lieux. Les repas sont soignés. |
