Location in city It would appear that the owner / receptionist does not like people/ customers. The breakfast was basic and if you asked for something it seemed to be an intrusion. No corn flakes or ham or cheese on last morn .He said his delivery person never called. I reminded him that the biggest supermarket in Andorra was across the st.

great location, great value for money staff seem to think guests are a nuisance and hotel would run better without any. watch out for low level tv stands with sharp edges, gave myself a nasty cut. Would still recommend the hotel given location and value for money..

Location is definitely biggest advantage of this hotel. Fairly close to bus station and streets with tax free shops. Acceptable value for it's money. Wi-fi is available only on ground floor and is not free; computer that suppose to have inet didn't work; room doors have to replaced with new one's; breakfast - it's just a name, nothing to eat

Location is ok. The room was big. The staff is extremely unfriendly. The bed in the room is awful - so soft that you sleep in an unnatural position and the next morning you back aches. Be sure to get confirmation for the parking! Because when we came they denied us a parking place and said that they have only one and it's reserved.

Close to shops. Near to caldea spa. Old mattress that had deep hollow in middle. All night noise of bin emptiers, road cleaners and people arriving in middle of night pulling luggage on wheels.

It was smack in the city center. The bed was awful! The man at the reception could use a smile once in a while. The breakfast was very poor for the money they charge.

Su situació es insuperable. Totalmente céntrico y a la vez en una zona tranquila, puesto que no pasan coches.El personal es amable y atento. Repetiremos de hotel cuando volvamos a Andorra. Totalmente recomendable.

La ubicación y aunque está en el centro de Andorra La Vella no hay nada de ruido en la calle en la que está ya que es una calle peatonal y por la noche no pasa nadie. Las habitaciones son grandes. En algunas hay cuatro camas individuales, por lo que pueden dormir cuatro personas adultas. El garaje es tan pequeño que tienes que entrar marcha atrás, para poder salir después. El garaje es para unos ocho coches. El hotel es viejo y las habitaciones aunque están limpias el mobiliario esta obsoleto. Los baños estan muy viejos y sobre todo las bañeras, pués aunque estan limpias tienen manchas de oxido y cal. El desayuno está bien, es como en casa,pero te lo tomas en la recepción, pues es donde estan las mesas de desayuno y los sillones de espera de entrada, es todo muy pequeño.

El hotel era viejo, oscuro, no tenia un olor agradable. Se eligio por cercania a pistas de esqui. Hay que pagar parquin porque por esa zona todo es de pago, parkin super pequeño, fui con mi novia I menuda verguenza el rollo de papel higienico empezado I manchado cosas rotas o en mal estado, desayuno no comimos nada nos fuimos, a I el portero frances del hotel fuera. Una pena la proxima vez me voi a sant juan de loria hotel sol park calidad precio super bien desayuno bueno I parkin I wifi gratis. Menos mal k solo fue un dia, no lo recomiendo a nadie.
