friendly staff. good breakfast. ski equipment included. budget friendly. a bit far away from the slopes. the clean towels were for some reason placed inside the hygenic facillity (the bidet. the elevator starts from the second flore. you need to ascend a steep flight of stairs in order to get to the elevator.

Really enjoyed our 3 day stay at this hotel. It was friendly, comfortable and warm with good all - inclusive breakfast buffets and evening meals and free basic level only, ski- equipment hire. It's not a luxury hotel so don't expect that but a nice place to stay and extremely good value for money. Room too hot at night- had to open window. Quality of meat in the buffet meals could be better but there was plenty of other choice.

Food was good, Had to contact booking.com and found that the staff in booking.com was very friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough. Very small bedroom the room for 4 people would be better suited to 2 people. No lounge where one can sit down and relax.

Great price for half board. buffet food for breakfast and dinner was great - plenty of choice especially sea food/plenty of fruit. 200m walk slightly up hill in the morning to the central lift was fine so v good location for skiing. Just really easy the only thing I would comment on is room size for 3 people and only having a small chest of drawers and cupboard so hanign up things/ski gear wasn't ideal

Great staff, very helpful! I enjoyed my stay here with some friends although it was only for one night. Rooms are clean, the hotel is located in a good place.

petit dejeuner correct emplacement centre ville la qualite de la literie +++++++ !!!!!!!!! accueil plus que leger acces acrobatique jusqu'a la reception avec les bagages, imaginez l'hiver !!!! hotel bruyant ....

la demande du client envers le personnel était bien et correspondait à notre attente avec le sourire, la politesse et une pointe d'humour très belle vus sur la montagne le manque de confort du restaurant et le manque de place dans la salle de bain ( pas d'étagères ni de porte-manteau)

Accueil tres satisfaisant un tres bon rapport qualité prix la chambre etait tres propre Il etait indiqué que l hotel disposé d une belle vue !!!il s agit en fait d une vue sur une grue de chantier et des batiments! Ce qui parait logique compte tenu que l hotel se situe en centre ville du pas de la case!pas assez de serviette de toilette literie pas tres confortable
