Hotel Les Truites  

Great hotel - very friendly staff - will certainly be going back!

Les Truites is a fantastic little family owned hotel. The staff is very helpfull, everything is clean and nice. We had locker room for ski, free wifi, bath top and excellent breakfast.

Would have been great with a balcony. But there is nothing to complain about.

Outstanding hotel. Run by great staff (family I believe) who were extremely helpful and accomodating. Prices were very competitive. Facilities were great and whole hotel was super-clean. Breakfast included and was quite elaborate. Staff even offer to cook you bacon over the fireplace if you're hungry for more. Would definitely recommend!

The staff at Hotel Les Truites was amazing and helpful. The attention they give to the people that stay there is above and beyond. The breakfast is excellent!

We stayed at Les Truites from 16 till 24 of February, 2012. The hotel is very nice, with very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly situated near the bus stop, so one doesn't need to go far with the luggage. It is also very close to the slopes and near to the main shops and restaurants, but at the same time not in the middle of a noisy street. The restaurant "Les Truites", which is in the lower level of the hotel, happened to become our favourite among all the restaurants in Pas de la Casa. It is small, but with perfect French cousine, fresh oysters and wonderful sushi. The hotel is perfect for skiing: location, rooms, furniture and all the amenities are convenient and well thought for the skiers and snowboarders. Breakfasts are delicious, with plenty of choice of juices, cereals, pastry, with catalan sausages and cheese. The owner of the hotel makes grilled toasts and beckon for every guest personally, and that is so nice! Will definitely choose "Les Truites" for next visit to Pas de la Casa.

This is an excellent little hotel, family owned and run. Everyone was friendly and helpful; service attentive but unobtrusive. The hotel is well positioned for exploration around Andorra and into the French and Spanish Pyrenees - also, in our case, for the return trip (easily done in 3 hours) to Carcassonne for our flight home . Breakfast was nicely done, ample choice and plenty of it. Also a small but very good restaurant for evening meals. Room spacious and spotless, complete with tv with channels in English! Super modern bathroom and plenty of storage space, including a safe; plus a reasonably priced mini-bar -- how often does one hear that said?! I wish I could come back and snuggle down for a few weeks in winter!

We were lucky with on-street parking, but otherwise this might have been at a distance and rather expensive. The room was airy and had opening windows, but in the heat of summer could really have done with air-con. The pavement at the entrance to the hotel was rather uneven and could be a hazard for anyone returning 'the worse for wear' at night, or in icy conditions. The town itself is somewhat unprepossessing, but we were there in the dying days of summer and I expect it is considerably more lively in high season and especially in winter. These are minor points, though, and should not be taken as detracting seriously from what is an excellent hotel.

A superb hotel that rates as 5 star, staff are friendly and rooms are excellent with all facilities at hand. Fantastic value for money.

Petit hôtel tenu par une famille dont l'accueil a été très sympathique. Bonne cuisine au restaurant. Tout est très propre. Une très bonne adresse !

J'ai aimé l'accueil, la propreté, le rapport qualité/prix.

Seul léger reproche : l'horaire un peu tardif pour les petits-déjeuners
