Hotel Les Truites  

This is an excellent little hotel, family owned and run. Everyone was friendly and helpful; service attentive but unobtrusive. The hotel is well positioned for exploration around Andorra and into the French and Spanish Pyrenees - also, in our case, for the return trip (easily done in 3 hours) to Carcassonne for our flight home . Breakfast was nicely done, ample choice and plenty of it. Also a small but very good restaurant for evening meals. Room spacious and spotless, complete with tv with channels in English! Super modern bathroom and plenty of storage space, including a safe; plus a reasonably priced mini-bar -- how often does one hear that said?! I wish I could come back and snuggle down for a few weeks in winter!

We were lucky with on-street parking, but otherwise this might have been at a distance and rather expensive. The room was airy and had opening windows, but in the heat of summer could really have done with air-con. The pavement at the entrance to the hotel was rather uneven and could be a hazard for anyone returning 'the worse for wear' at night, or in icy conditions. The town itself is somewhat unprepossessing, but we were there in the dying days of summer and I expect it is considerably more lively in high season and especially in winter. These are minor points, though, and should not be taken as detracting seriously from what is an excellent hotel.

Good value. Very helpful staff. Rooms well equipped and clean. Good breakfast. Couldn't fault anything.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed one night in a standard double room which was clean, well appointed and comfortable, and one night in a suite which was exceptionally appointed for the price. Large, well furnished, comfortable and stylish. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Would happily return, we were very well looked after.

It was the fourth time in Pas de la Casa and the best hotel I have stayed there. On the day of departure our car did not start and they were extremely helpful with getting the problem fixed. Room was very nice.

A great experience! Staff was super-friendly and allways happy to help. Will return in the future.

Accueil parfait, très très agréable. Chambre conforme aux attentes (nous avions pris la suite, grande et belle), parfaitement propre et entretenue. Petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux et du pain frais. Etablissement situé idéalement. 11 chambres en tout, hotel familiale mais néanmoins de haut standing. Etablissement à conseiller.

Wifi gratuit mais fonctionne par intermitence : peut être un problème du réseau général. Insonorisation parfaite pour les sons exterieurs, mais donc perfectifble pour les sons interieurs. (personnes qui marchent à l'étage au dessus trop audible). Ceci étant, plus un problème de société que d'infrastructure.

Tres jolie petit hotel tres bien situé, l'amabilités des patrons etaient au top je voyage beaucoup et je peux recommandée cette hotel qui est tres bien .

Hotel acogedor, cómodo, con una excelente limpieza y un personal increíble, trasladando el carácter familiar del negocio al trato que tienen para con los huéspedes. El desayuno es buenísimo, tanto por la calidad y cantidad como por el ambiente que crea la chimenea, en la que José calienta el pan y hace el bacon! Muy, muy recomendable, y para volver la próxima vez que vaya a Andorra.

Lo peor fue que no pude quedarme más días!!!

Un merveilleux séjour dans un établissement rare que ce soit par la qualité de son acceuil , sa propreté , le bon goût de sa decoration , la saveur de ses petits dejeunés et son restaurant ( qui entre nous et un des rares endroits où l'on mange bien et bon sur le pas de la case!!!) . Pour tous les amateurs du bon goût et des plaisirs de la vie!!!!

Personnel très accueillant, petits déjeuners excellents, chambres très propres. Restaurant indépendant mais à découvrir.

Nous étions déjà venus à l'hôtel les truites , il y a 2 ans. Toujours , le même accueil vraiment très sympathique;Une étonnante propreté et un goût certain dans l'aménagement de l'hôtel .Un petit déjeuner très sympa avec les toasts grillés par le propriétaire dans le feu de cheminée. De plus, le restaurant a changé ; la carte y est excellente je conseille les escargots à la catalane .......

Ce serait peut-être la petite distance à parcourir pour rejoindre les pistes mais c'est compensé par la situation au coeur de la ville et du shopping .
