Very well run family Hotel with super friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything worked. Food Good, Rooms spacious, Clean & Tidy and an amazing location if you go there to ski. Such a change from the many so called luxury Hotels I am forced to stay in during the course of my work. Will return there I am sure. John - Bareclona

The position of the hotel is excellent. You can ski up to the doorstep. The cable car is also five minutes walk away. The hotel itself is comfortable with a good sized indoor swimming pool and nice jacuzzi. Definitely to be recommended. We booked on a half-board basis. The breakfast was good but the evening meal could be improved on. Even so, we would definitely stay again.

Personnel super agréable. Le petit déjeuné. Le cadre et la situation au pied des pistes, avec un bar "après ski" à 100 mètres avec une super ambiance. Prix du parking 14 €. jacuzzi tiède. L"hotel commence à viellir (parquet) encore largement acceptable. L'eau payante à table 3€.

L'acceuil, la piscine et le petit dejeuné. Mention trés bien pour la literie. Le personel est vraiment sympathique. Jacuzzi tiede. Le prix du parking 14€ Un bout de fromage au repas du soir serait le bienvenue.

la décoration de l'hôtel avec tableaux et œuvre d'art partout est sympa. les activités comme la piscine, la salle de ping pong, le billard, le salon avec le piano aussi; cela permet de se distraire après le ski; départ et retour de l'hôtel ski aux pieds il manque un hammam, et le jacuzzi est trop sombre. On est obligé de payer pour avoir de l'eau à table de la demi-pension

Localização, relação qualidade/preço, simpatia dos funconários, ementa e qualidade da refeição, o qual melhorou substancialmente desde a minha ultima visita (há 3 anos). Acesso à internet - pouco sinal, muito lenta e congestionada. Porventura p/ quem se quer isolar até é uma vantagem.

Proximité des pistes de skis, le personnel très aimable et parlant couramment le Français, petit déjeuner très varié, copieux, et excellent. Demi pension très appréciée avec un maître d'hôtel très sympathique. Chambre et sdb très correctes. Manque de volets ou rideaux occultant. Manque cafetière ou bouilloire dans les chambres.

La atención del personal, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Pasamos frío en la habitacion, la temperatura estuvo por debajo del confort. En el spa lugar de relax para los adultis fue tomado por niños como zona de juego, mal controlado.

Que está a pie de pistas y es ideal para hacer una escapada de fin de semana para esquiar. Es un hotel pésimo para escapada romántica;no tienen nada que ver las fotos de la web con lo que es en realidad. La relación calidad-precio: por el precio que ponen por noche,las habitaciones podrian ser más amplias y con más servicios. Un "must" a tener en cuenta es que tengan buffet;no a todo el mundo le gusta pedir de carta.Eché en falta tener diversidad en la carta (es más preferible un buffet).

Su proximidad a las pistas, puesto que veníamos a esquiar. Que me facilitaran el cambio a una habitación superior cuando llegamos al hotel. Es un hotel muy anticuado y poco confortable; la suite tenia unos silloncitos muy incómodos y acabábamos viendo la tele en la cama. No hay Wifi en la habitación; no ponen zapatillas ( suerte que yo traia de casa!). La obligatoriedad de coger media pensión y que solo fuera posible utilizarla por la noche (nosotros no tenemos costumbre de cenar, casi).

Magnifica ubicación y buen trato del personal, también que sea bien venida mi perra, también me gustó que tuve un problema de calefacción y lo solventaron inmediatamente Las camas (incómodo el colchón) y que no se sustituyera la tostadora que se estropeo
