Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, although the child's menu was rather restricted. Hotel was clean and generally quiet. Plenty of parking available and the whole area felt very safe. Swimming pool was very cold and the Jacuzzi only luke warm. Our room had no view and was rather dark. It was also very stuffy in our room due to a lack of air conditioning. There was no outside seating area. |

Wonderful location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife had an excellent massage! We had a lovely dinner at "el Rustic". We will come back very soon. |

Friendly personel,great access to slopes and lifts, nice swimming pool and spa, nice bar and restaurant with quite acceptable food. The inner part of the outer wall of our room was covered with fungus,indicating little maintenance of the rooms. Matrasses on the beds were old and very uncomfortable,absolutely not up to 4* standards. |

Beliggenheden er god som udgangspunkt for vandreture i de nordlige bjerge af Andorra. Restaurenten byder på en varieret og god menu ugen igennem. Personalet er serviceminded og taler udmærket Engelsk. |

No podría destacar nada porque no me ha gustado absolutamente nada. No corresponde ni de lejos a la categoria 4 estrellas. Llegamos a intoxicarnos con la comida del Hotel. El desayuno fue infecto e indigno. La decoracion es patetica, mezclando cachibaches por todas partes sin ton ni son. El hotel requiere una reforma urgentisima, paredes forradas con plaquetas de suelo; la piscina descuidada y el jacuzzi daba miedo. Las habitaciones familiares pequeñas y humedas. No se puede recibir a la gente con un perro lamiendote por todas partes. Francamente el precio es excesivo para un hotel que quiere y no puede. Solo habia una persona con un perro para todo el Hotel. Pero lo peor sin duda es la "comida". Cuando vas con niños pequeños te duele todavia mas. |

El servicio de comedor era muy lento. La piscina y el yacussi estaban un poco sucios. El desayuno tenia muy poca variedad y poca cantidad. |

La estancia ha sido muy tranquila ya que el hotel está en pleno rendimiento en invierno al estar al lado de las pistas de esquí, lo que más me ha gustado es la piscina cubierta. Hemos estado solo tres días pero si estamos más tiempo creo que la comida se nos hubiera hecho muy repetitiva, sobretodo los desayunos. |

La amabilidad del personal ha sido muy notable. Ha sido una estancia (8 noches) muy agradable. La zona spa, particularmente el jacuzzi no me ofrecia garantias de higiene suficientes. La escasez de luz en ese espacio me hizo dudar y, de hecho, no lo utilice. |

Lo agradable que es el personal del hotel y sus instalaciones. La comida es buena aunque un poco lento el servicio. El parquing es complicado para un coche grande. |

Un accueil fabuleux par un personnel qui l' est tout autant. L'hôtel est très calme et situé à proximité de beaucoup de départ de randonnée. Le restaurant en demi pension propose un menu à 3 choix d'une très bonne qualité. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel. |

Arnaque.4 éToiles est une blague. Chambre 2*,spa1*,facilities sales et insuffisant,chambre un peu mieux que formule 1 ! Piscine froide, sauna petit et pas chauffé ! Centre de remise en forme inexistant, Vin au resto cher - premier prix 17euros bouteille de rouge,pas de pichet, personne à servir au bar, jacuzzi qui sent mauvais et pas propre , carrelage craquer partout dans l'hotel , pas de terrace ou espace dehors nulle part, wifi marche que sur premier étage et pas dans les chambres, etc. etc. ! arnaque |

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk, en het eten was goed wat betreft de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het hotel is verouderd, de kamers zijn erg klein, en het was zelfs zoeken naar de inkomdeur van het gebouw ! |
