The comfort of the room, the food and catering staff in particular were nice. The location, so close to the ski lifts was excellent. The price of the car park is robbery after you have paid so much for the rooms, there is no where to pull up initially to unpack the car, we werent told that we needed swimming hats and flipflops to use the fitness suite and on top of what we had already paid I thought 3 euros each for 5 of us for a hat was too much. |

La tranquilidad, ya que está bastante retirado de todo El personal muy antipático, y el desayuno muy flojo. Era hasta las 10.30h. Bajamos a las 9.15h y ya no había nada para desayunar. Ni había leche entera. |

Ubicación a un lado de la telecabina. La variedad en el bufet. Que tiene zona de juegos para los pequeños, no muy grande pero los peques se divirtieron mucho. |

el edificio, muy acojedor y el transporte directo al telecabina. és la segunda vez que voy y la temperatura de la habitación está demasiado elevada. cogí un resfriado. Está a 25 grados i es escesivo. |

La disposición junto al telecabina genial, el parking, la sala de spa pequeña, pero diversa, la comida también estaba bien y la amabilidad en el comedor adecuada y educada. |

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el personal muy amable, en especial la Srta de recepción. La situación inmejorable para el Ski : junto al telecabina. La calefacción individual para cada habitacion. Internet muy bien. Desayunos y cenas en bufet libre correctas. Habitaciones grandes, con sofa bueno ( muy raro en hoteles de montaña) Todo muy bien. Por poner algo mejorable: evitar las pequeñas esperas en los turnos para cenar. |

La situacion!! si vas unos dias a esquiar está justo a unos pocos metros del telecabina de la Massana y nuestra habitacion contaba con bañera hidromasage. Las habitaciones triples no disponen de 3 camas ni bajo peticion, 2 camas individuales y un sofa-cama un poco incomodo. |
