The size and facilities of the room were good. We particularly liked having a small balcony to admire the view of the mountains and have some fresh air. I would have appreciated having facility for making tea or coffee in our room. |

Good location close to the main shopping street, center, picturesque walking routes. Free Wi fi. Free gym and spa center (sauna, jacuzzi). Extremely helpful staff. Great breakfast. Wi fi signal wasn't too strong |

Magic Andorra offers great value for money, with very clean rooms, a super location overlooking the Valira river in the heart of Andorra La Vella, and the staff were first-rate. |

Spacious room, convenient location. This was our second time at Magic and we were quite disappointed. The front desk staff (unlike our first visit) was unfriendly and cavalier in their attitudes. We were given twin rooms even though we had asked for double rooms and there was no parking available even though we had stated it in our reservation (although that is probably not their fault). |

Great place to stay with great rooms if you like to sleep in twin beds. Information on web site said "Double/twin room". I asked for a double bed in my room. I was told that all rooms in this hotel had only twin beds. I would have never booked this hotel if I knew that all rooms had only twin beds. |

Having travelled 400kms. to get to the hotel we were not allowed to park in the Hotel car park and had to find public parking in a very busy,complicated and unfriendly city that we did not know. Help would have been useful |

He estado varias veces en este hotel y todo estaba muy bien. Ahora se encuentra en un estado de abandono tremendo, hay suciedad en las habitaciones, desperfectos, cosas que no funcionan, la comida es malisima, el personal es mas que maleducado. No pienso volver mas. |

Su ubicación central y su servicio de comidas.Su restaurante tiene muy buenas preparaciones y la atención es realmente buena. No especificaron que no tienen habitaciones triples y que lo que ofrecen es un sofá-cama adicional en la habitación doble.Las camas son realmente muy duras.Lo otro es que el cobro de estacionamiento es caro. |

Lekker centrale ligging in de stad. Mooie uitvalsbasis naar andere delen van het land. Mooi uitzicht op bergen in de omgeving. Parkeergarage. Deze was erg nauw en de parkeervakken waren erg klein. Met een iets grotere auto haast niet te parkeren. |
