Very good location & friendly staff. At least one guy in the reception should take some English lessons to be able to communicate with foreign visitors. Parking was very expensive (though that's quite normal in Andorra la Vella) and parking places were very tight.

Value for money ! We paid 40 € per person for one night including room, breakfeast, SPA and parking. It was a modern hotel near to all the shops in the center. The personel was good at english!

Nice breakfast, convenient location, clean. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable. Parking is extremely difficult because of tiny parking spaces. Noisy when windows are open.

I had booked the hotel for 2 couples celebrating their anniversary which was a joint celebration and this was specified on the comments section on the reservation form Ref 318804843 . Also called the Hotel to mention this and spoke to the receptionist Fernando there.There was nothing offered to these couples from the Hotel : nor did anyone wish them !

We were staying there in summer, so the price was really surprising nicely. Rooms are clean, big. We got one with big balcony on the main street, so may be it can be too noisy with open balcony door. Internet is working good. They have spa, but we didn't try cause Caldea is just 5 mins walking. Nice place to stay

It is a good value compared to hotels elsewhere in Europe. Andorra is one of the ugliest cities I have ever seen. The hotel is ok.

El spa, y el silencio. Si, sobre todo las comidas. El año pasado y el anterior era la principal razon por la que veniamos, la comida era abundante, excelente y muy bien presentada. Este año dejaba mucho que desear a parte de que se cobraron las bebidas a parte a precio de oro , siendo de calidad normal/baja. ESTE FACTOR PUEDE QEU NOS HAGA DECIDIRNOS POR OTROS ESTABLECIMIENTOS.

La habitación y el personal Funcionamiento del comedor, lo han cambiado, y el comedor no es solo para los clientes del hotel, sino que además han montado un self servic, y es un desastre, faltan continuamente los alimentos (que además no se reponen porque no tienen) y el personal no llega a todo.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este Hotel y así lo continuaremos haciendo gracias al personal, sobretodo al maitre del restaurante , que es una persona excelente en cuanto al trato familiar y sobretodo si vas con niños pequeños.Su ubicación es muy buena, pues estás en pleno centro de Andorra La Vella. Además a partir de ahora abrén el restaurante durante todo el día, lo que te permite pensión completa.Aconsejable 100% para ir con niños pequeños.

La verdad es que la estancia ha sido muy agradable y la habitacion para 4 personas esta muy bien. El trato muy amable por parte del personal y en general esta todo muy bien. Ademas esta muy bien situado porque es muy centrico en Andorra la Vella Lo peor es que al estar muy centrico has de dejar el coche en el parking y es algo caro. Ademas tampoco es muy bueno su buffet libre para la cena ya que es un restaurante FresCo y para los mas pequeños es complicado encontrar cosas de variedad para comer. Para adultos es pasable pero lo peor es que sueles comer frio!!!

Precio/Calidad muy bien No es una queja, porque contrate una oferta, pero mezclar un 4 estrellas con un restaurante Fresco para la cena, como que no pega. Insisto que la calidad/precio era correcto pero el "charme" de un Fresco no da para un 4*

Basicamente destacar la atención recibida, un miembro de mi familia es celiaco y en todo momento nos han atentido con una alimentación adecuada, dimos aviso en el momento de efectuar la reserva y ya en el hotel no hizo falta recordarselo mas, a la hora de llegar al restaurante ya nos lo indicaba el personal del servicio de comedor. Una gran atención en éste sentido
