Spacious room, convenient location. This was our second time at Magic and we were quite disappointed. The front desk staff (unlike our first visit) was unfriendly and cavalier in their attitudes. We were given twin rooms even though we had asked for double rooms and there was no parking available even though we had stated it in our reservation (although that is probably not their fault). |

Great place to stay with great rooms if you like to sleep in twin beds. Information on web site said "Double/twin room". I asked for a double bed in my room. I was told that all rooms in this hotel had only twin beds. I would have never booked this hotel if I knew that all rooms had only twin beds. |

Having travelled 400kms. to get to the hotel we were not allowed to park in the Hotel car park and had to find public parking in a very busy,complicated and unfriendly city that we did not know. Help would have been useful |

located in the centre of Andorra la Vella - close to shops Qouted as a 4 star hotel but we've stayed in Mercure and Novotel (also 4*) in the past and they are definitely better - Breakfast as well as evening dinner is ok but choice is rather limited |

El paisaje El servicio de restautante es bastente pesimo, sobre todo el personal que no estan nada atento, el resumen es que llevamos una pequeña, y por las noches pediamos agua caliente para sus biberones, y la verdad es que el personal nos ponia mala cara, e incluso nos hacian esperar, y repitiendole que porfavor nos lo llenaran de agua caliente. |

La ubicación del hotel se ajustaba a mis necesidades aunque el acceso al parking es complicado si no se ha estado antes. El desayuno buffet no es adecuado para un hotel de 4 estrellas. |

La atención del personal del hotel es muy buena. Te explican todo lo que desees de la zona de Andorra y del propio hotel de una manera muy clara. La habitación grande y con buenas vistas. Lo único que no me ha gustado, aunque sea poco, es la poca variedad de la cena en el restaurante del hotel. |

Te venden una habitacion cuadruple con uso triple. No es así, todas las habitaciones son iguales dos camas (las dobles no tienen cama de matrimonio) y un sofa que se transforma en una o dos camas mas. Eso si las habitaciones amplias. |
