The size and facilities of the room were good. We particularly liked having a small balcony to admire the view of the mountains and have some fresh air. I would have appreciated having facility for making tea or coffee in our room. |

Good location close to the main shopping street, center, picturesque walking routes. Free Wi fi. Free gym and spa center (sauna, jacuzzi). Extremely helpful staff. Great breakfast. Wi fi signal wasn't too strong |

Magic Andorra offers great value for money, with very clean rooms, a super location overlooking the Valira river in the heart of Andorra La Vella, and the staff were first-rate. |

Spacious room, convenient location. This was our second time at Magic and we were quite disappointed. The front desk staff (unlike our first visit) was unfriendly and cavalier in their attitudes. We were given twin rooms even though we had asked for double rooms and there was no parking available even though we had stated it in our reservation (although that is probably not their fault). |

Great place to stay with great rooms if you like to sleep in twin beds. Information on web site said "Double/twin room". I asked for a double bed in my room. I was told that all rooms in this hotel had only twin beds. I would have never booked this hotel if I knew that all rooms had only twin beds. |

Las habitaciones y el hotel esta nmuy bien, sobre todo su situacion, es muy centrica. No me ha gustado nada el colchon , muy, pero que muy duro. Te levantas con una paliza en el cuerpo, no se duerme nada bien. La verdad que para dormir tan mal, no repetiria, la proxima vez me voy a otro. |

por supuesto el personal ,por ello vamos un par de veces al año la parte delantera del hotel por la noche se escucha demasiado si pasa algún coche o moto acelerando |

Han bajado la calidad de la comida en el restaurante. Menos personal de servicio en el mismo. He notado en relación a otras ocasiones en general peor el restaurante. |

pas grand chose à vrai dire , si la taille de la chambre , qui est grande et spacieuse il y avait une odeur dans la salle de bain , on a eu froid , le chauffage est tellement bruyant qu'on ne peut pas le laisser la nuit et le pire c'est le buffet du repas du soir . tout est pratiquement inmangeable , sans aucun gout , froid.je deconseille absolument de prendre le repas du soir à l'hotel , sauf si vous etes au regime...car vous ne mangerez rien ! |

Su ubicacion. Me asignaron una habitacion en la que, practicamente no habia luz diurna, al abrir el balcon tenia una pared de un edificio contiguo a escasamente un metro, por lo que era imposible ver nada, ni tan siquiera el cielo. |
