Location in the city centre with easy access to all attractions, from shopping to Caldea. It is not easy to find a proper road to the hotel. Parking is over-priced. |

The size and facilities of the room were good. We particularly liked having a small balcony to admire the view of the mountains and have some fresh air. I would have appreciated having facility for making tea or coffee in our room. |

Good location close to the main shopping street, center, picturesque walking routes. Free Wi fi. Free gym and spa center (sauna, jacuzzi). Extremely helpful staff. Great breakfast. Wi fi signal wasn't too strong |

Magic Andorra offers great value for money, with very clean rooms, a super location overlooking the Valira river in the heart of Andorra La Vella, and the staff were first-rate. |

Spacious room, convenient location. This was our second time at Magic and we were quite disappointed. The front desk staff (unlike our first visit) was unfriendly and cavalier in their attitudes. We were given twin rooms even though we had asked for double rooms and there was no parking available even though we had stated it in our reservation (although that is probably not their fault). |

Great place to stay with great rooms if you like to sleep in twin beds. Information on web site said "Double/twin room". I asked for a double bed in my room. I was told that all rooms in this hotel had only twin beds. I would have never booked this hotel if I knew that all rooms had only twin beds. |

la limpieza y la decoracion moderna que invadia las estancias y zonas comunes del hotel asi como lo centrico de el para las compras y gestiones por andorra. el aparcamiento, su acceso y su precio, carisimo y dificil de acceder al hotel, pues esta en una zona que no es facil llegar a el si no se conoce muy bien andorra. |

La profesionalidad del pesonal, y el bufett. La habitación cuadruple era dos camas individuales y un sofá-cama de dos camas individuales. Debería haber sido cuatro camas individuales, o bien, una cama matrimonio y dos individuales |

Las habitaciones y el hotel esta nmuy bien, sobre todo su situacion, es muy centrica. No me ha gustado nada el colchon , muy, pero que muy duro. Te levantas con una paliza en el cuerpo, no se duerme nada bien. La verdad que para dormir tan mal, no repetiria, la proxima vez me voy a otro. |
