El personal ha sido muy amable con nosotros, la ubicacion es muy buena y el paisaje muy bonito. En cuanto a comodidad, las camas y el sofa no son muy confortables. Las camas y el sofa no son nada comodas.

Casi todo Me parece una estafa el hecho de que ustedes cobren una tasa por el uso del spa, y que esta informacion no aparezca indicada en ningun momento cuando ustedes publicitan de los servicios e instalaciones del hotel.

Hotel confortable y bien equipado. Bonitas vistas desde las habitaciones hacia el valle. Pub irlandeés muy bien ambientado. Servicio de Transfer al telecabina de Canillo. Carta y cocina del Paub Irlandés. Demasiado apartado para ir esquiar si no es bajando con el servicio de Transfer del hotal.

Нормальные апартаменты, на кухне есть все необходимое. Для лыжников от отеля ходит микроавтобус (мы не пользовались, т.к. были на машине). Цена за паркинг совсем не гуманная, поэтому парковались просто на улице. Ну и для 4-х звезд как-то странно полное отсутствие уборки.

Las vistas En la informacion decia que era un aparthotel y no es verdad.- Las habitaciones cuadruples funcionan como apartamento sin ningun servicio y sin derecho a pensión alimenticia por lo que pagué mucho más que si hubiera cogido 2 hab. Y ademas no tuve ningun servicio de hotel . El bufett es muy normalito para lo que cobran. Creo que no volveré

La comida es muy buena, es buffet y cuando se termina reponen rapidísimo. El trato del personal es excelente. El agua de la piscina y del jacuzzi estaba un poco fría, además no está incluido este servicio en el precio.

Tiene restaurante,spa y irish pub lo que te permite no salir del hotel despues de una día de ski. La Noche Vieja nos hicieron esperar para la cena mas de media hora porque han vendido cenas a parte de las incluidas en la media pension.

Me han gustado las instalaciones del Spa y Piscina, muy adecuadas para un relax en la montaña, también me ha encantado el hecho de que es el primer hotel que he visto las plantas de las habitaciones por debajo de la recepción. Vistas increibles, muy recomendable.
