Nice staff, beautiful location-no problem for us with the road because it did not snow while we were there. There a 2 vans that will take you down to the town by the ski lift which was super convenient. There is parking on the road, so we did not have to pay the 18E daily parking fee. We did not eat any meals there, so I can not comment on that. My only dislike would be the noise of the other guests-we could hear the people upstairs clearly, even at 4am! I guess I could have complained to the staff and they would have done something. It was still a nice vacation. |

The view form the room, free internet, even if very slow and LAN cable only , no wireless, the use of thew SPA area for free, yacuzzi bad very good! Breakfast poor quality, dinner medium quality, could be improved, rooms not very big. Parking very expensive (18€ day) and almoust impossible to park because very narrow. Better pak on the streets close to the hotel, for free. The water of the main SPA swimmingpool a bit cold, should be a bit higher for a decent confort.Not enough chairs around the pool. |

I liked the swimming pool area and the bus service to and from the ski lift. Buffet dinner in a dining room that was too busy and noisy with clients from the apartment complex next door.Expensive parking and difficult access due to steep incline and icy road surface. |

The hotel in general is a good place to stay, and the spa facilities are a big plus also the breakfast buffet has a very good choice( something for everyone) I would definately stay here again. |

La zona de spa, la atención del personal, la barbacoa de Sant Joan, las vistas impresionantes. En verano es fácil encontrar aparcamiento fuera del hotel. El bufé podría ser de mejor calidad para un cuatro estrellas. No servían café tras las cenas. Los vestuarios de la zona spa no daba ningún tipo de intimidad (la zona de cambio de ropa daba directamente a la apertura de la puerta exterior, por lo que si alguien entraba o salía, los que estaban fuera podían verte "en paños menores") |

Preu-qualitat molt bé. La situació molt bona per fer sortides de muntanya. Les habitacions netes i bon tracte L'hotel està molt bé, ara falta una renovació de tot !!! Una posta a punt. També considero el parquing molt car |

La confortabilitat de les habitacions, junt a la zona d’spa, estan a l’alçada de la categoria teòrica de l’hotel. El menjar del bufet és d’una qualitat molt justeta, per no dir directament baixa. La situació de cul-de-sac del carrer on està l’hotel, gairebé obliga a fer ús del servei de pàrking, que, al meu entendre, té un cost excesiu, si tenim en compte que està fora del nucli urbà. |

Molt recomanable, agradable ambient amb el personal de l'hotel, instal.lacions modernes, cuina correcte i ubicació privilegiada en un entorn natural encantador. El preu de la plaça d'aparcament. Crec que es podria cobrar un preu simbòlic junt amb el preu de l'habitació i així millorar tant la mobilitat en l'accés, com evitar possibles molèsties als veïns del poble, fomentant la utilització de l'aparcament cobert que per cert, està molt correcte pel que fa a l'espai. |

las instalaciones son excelentes,los apartamentos muy equipados y limpios y puedes disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel, spa/sauna/baño turco/yacuzzi etc. que no haya un acceso directo de los apartamentos al hotel. si quieres ir a la piscina y llueve te mojos, por lo demas excelente |

La tranquilidad, el entorno y la corrección del personal. Teniendo en cuenta que es un 4* el desayuno-buffet es muy simple (la única bollería mini-croissants / no hay yogur). Aceptan perros, pero a 12 euros/día. |

Lo mejor ha sido el spa. Lo peor ha sido la cama y la almohada, el viento que se escuchaba por las ventanas por la noche al no cerrar bien, el aparcamiento que casi obligado tienes que pagar para aparcar por no haber sitio fuera y lo mas penoso ha sido la comida, ha sido excasa y sin calidad, ademas si hay un horario de buffet tiene que estar lleno de comida hasta el final. Yo y mi familia seguro que no volvemos aqui. |

la tranquilidad, la situación del hotel, las vistas desde el hotel,el spa y que este va incluido en la oferta. el trato de una recepcionista que me ha decepcionado porque intentamos que nos aclare una duda sobre el desglose de la factura y en vez de explicarnos , se ha puesto toda furiosa y nerviosa .la comida podria ser mejor |
