Niets in het bijzonder. Uitgeleefd hotel, 2 km van het centrum verwijderd, weining of geen parking of binnenin aan 11Euro per nacht.Dit hotel is zeker geen 4 sterren waard. |

The service was really good, e.g. we had a free 5h tour in the mountains with a guide! Also other staff, the spa and the room were excellent. And the view from our room was outstanding! |

Nice staff, beautiful location-no problem for us with the road because it did not snow while we were there. There a 2 vans that will take you down to the town by the ski lift which was super convenient. There is parking on the road, so we did not have to pay the 18E daily parking fee. We did not eat any meals there, so I can not comment on that. My only dislike would be the noise of the other guests-we could hear the people upstairs clearly, even at 4am! I guess I could have complained to the staff and they would have done something. It was still a nice vacation. |

The view form the room, free internet, even if very slow and LAN cable only , no wireless, the use of thew SPA area for free, yacuzzi bad very good! Breakfast poor quality, dinner medium quality, could be improved, rooms not very big. Parking very expensive (18€ day) and almoust impossible to park because very narrow. Better pak on the streets close to the hotel, for free. The water of the main SPA swimmingpool a bit cold, should be a bit higher for a decent confort.Not enough chairs around the pool. |

I liked the swimming pool area and the bus service to and from the ski lift. Buffet dinner in a dining room that was too busy and noisy with clients from the apartment complex next door.Expensive parking and difficult access due to steep incline and icy road surface. |

The hotel in general is a good place to stay, and the spa facilities are a big plus also the breakfast buffet has a very good choice( something for everyone) I would definately stay here again. |

la verdad que muy bien, es más estamos pensando volver, esperemos que podamos encontrar buenas ofertas. todo excelente, lo único que no encontramos plaza de parking. |

No hay aparcamiento en la zona, y el hotel no dispone de plazas suficientes de aparcamiento ni para 1/4 parte de las habitaciones. Recomiendo que solo vayan los que tienen coches chatarra, los vecinos están molestos, y son vengativos (Rayan los coches aparcados en el exterior). |

El personal del Hotel especialmente el del Restaurante es muy amable, el Pub está muy bien y tienen un servicio gratuito de guia para rutas de senderismo. El Buffet es muy escaso si tienes en cuenta que es un Hotel de 4*. Las bebidas aparte. |

La zona d'aigues (piscina, jacuzzi...) esta molt be. L'apartament correcte i ben equipat. La Zona molt bonica. Molt soroll per la nit en la zona d'apartaments. |

En nuestro apartamento hacía un calor insoportable. La calefaccion funcionaba a todo trapo día y noche. Era agobiante. No limpian la habitación ni reponen papel higiénico o toallas durante la estancia en apartamento. Para ir al spa había que salir al edificio principal, lo que toca bastante las nacices. El hotel está bastante lejos del pueblo. Imprescindible ir en coche |

La comodidad de reservar dede casa y pagar a la salida sin tener sorpresas.También me gustó el pub irlandés. La comida era muy sencilla, cosa que no impide que esté mejor cocinada. |

me ha gustado muchisimo, desde sus ventanas ves el paisaje, y ves el pueblo de Canillo abajo pequeño, y casi tocas las nubes, vale la pena subir hasta el hotel. |
