The outdoor pool was really good. The room was very clean. The room was too hot at night and there was no air conditioning. The only choice was to open the window which made the traffic noise even louder. |

Generally all good. Desk staff were flexible as I was able to print my boarding pass on internet. Nothing other than that the bar was closed when we arrived quite late and i would have liked a beer, but went next door instead. Not sure but i think the web page said there was a swimming pool and we did not see one! |

Situación ideal para esquiadores y que luego quieren disfrutar de Andorra la Vella. También hay buenos sitios para pasear tipo la ruta de la mina de hierro. |

situation et tarif le petit-déjeuner est catastrophique: il y a des fruits mais pas frais, le " jus de fruit" recomposé est imbuvable, le café est mauvais. Il y a de tout mais tout est de mauvaise qualité. |

Los colchones estan bien y la limpieza tambien. La comida es mala y las almohadas son tan bajas que es mejor dormir sin ellas. Hacen falta baldas en los armarios. Para los que vamos al monte estaria bien que pusieran el parte del tiempo de todos los días. |

Limpieza, se parece a un aparta-hotel, piscina a 200mts muy bien, admiten mascotas Solo se dispone de desayuno y cena, no hacen comidas al medio dia, el buffette es escaso, la sala de juegos no la abren todo el dia solo a partir de las 19:00h, no tienen aire acondicionado, parking de pago alrededor |

la verdad es; ,el hotel esta en muy buena zona separado de todo varullo de gente,pero tampoco está perdido en la montaya,el hotel necesitaria una renovacion de muebles y mas instalaciones. y sobre la comida estaba bastante bien.yo ice desayuno y cena y todo muy bien no me ha gustado k la piscina esta en otro recinto.tienes k salir del hotel para acceder a ella. y tampoco me ha gustado la habitacion sin balcon... |

Pudimos acceder a una piscina cercana que está bastante bien. La ha bitación era grande y tenía un espacio exterior que le daba amplitud. El servicio era correcto y atento El bufet libre era de muy baja calidad.La vajilla era vieja, gastada y poco limpia.Nos cobraron las bebidas de la media pensión aún cuando en mi reverva ponía que estaba todo incluído y no había ninguna reseña al al respecto. No tuvimos acceso a parking y en un hotel en la carretera de La Massana es un inconveniente |

La recepción, sin duda. En general todo. Pienso que corresponde a un 2 estrellas. Las instalaciones estan muy viejas. El buffet libre es muy muy escaso. |
