The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was included in the rate and it was more than enough for us and served in a nicely decorated dining room. The pool table was a big hit with our teenaged boys. The location of the hotel was handy and the shops and restaurants were all conveniently within walking distance. Tea and coffee making facilities were not available, but this seems to be the case in most places. |

The service was exactly as expected from the other reviews - personal, helpful, friendly - it was the highlight of the stay! The rooms were very good for a 2 star hotel, and we had a great view. It was also great to have a carpark included in the price. The entire stay was good, but a small point is that the breakfast was a little sparse - I think it might have been related to the off season, as it was very quiet. |

Great little hotel - full of helpful, thoughtful staff. The woman who runs the front office area is also a good source of local info (where to eat, etc). It's also just 3 min walk from the funicamp cable car, taking you to the Encamp ski slopes. The lobby/bar area is often very smoky in the evening - but it seems a problem in Andorra in general - they don't have rules dictating where you can/can't smoke....it's a problem in the restaurants too. Don't let this put you off this hotel. |

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel. L'impressiont d'etre en famille. Je vais recommander cet hotel au mensuel "moto magazine" pour qu'il en fasse la publicité. Je reviendrai à cet hotel sans hésitation et le recommanderai a d'autres personnes. |

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hotel Mila. Un accueil chaleureux, une ambiance conviviale et familiale. Une bonne cuisine traditionnelle. La propreté de la chambre. Un parking gratuit à proximité. Le personnel parle français. Tout est appréciable. Excellent rapport/qualité/prix. On a plus envie de partir de cet hotel. Tout est parfait. |

Неясно, почему отель имеет всего 2*, номера как в хорошей трешке, исключительно полезные и приветливые хозяины-французы. Спрашивайте скидку на ски-пасс 4% и на прокат 15%. 250 м от подъемника Funicamp, правда, в хорошую горку. |

La localización, los acuerdos que tiene el hotel con tiendas y servicios de recreo y en general la atención de todo el personal. La habitación era demasiado pequeña para acoger a 4 personas (2 adultos y dos niños). El baño era anticuado y podría mejorarse claramente. |
