The staff is amazing! We had to leave at 5 am and they offered to leave us breakfast out so we don't go on an empty stomach. The location is also quite handy just a short walk to the funicamp that takes you up the mountain. In short very cozy nice hotel. No luxury but great value for money! It was a minor inconvenience: if you want the cleaning lady not to clean up your room, the dnd sign is not enough, u have to tell the reception.

Good location in Andorra. The room we had was a family room at the top of the hotel with a balcony with fantastic views. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A good place to stay for shopping, skiing, walking etc..

Dès notre arrivée la personne nous a mis en confiance, Très propre, un garage fermé. Le diner : entrée - plat - dessert - boisson comprise pour la somme de 14 € et très bon. Hôtel a recommander.

Приезжали покататься на лыжах. Хорошее расположение. До подьёмника Фуникамп - 300метров, очень удобно для катающихся. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Завтраки чисто европейские. Много хлеба и мюсли. Для русского человека не хватает колбасы и сыра.

Очень вежливый персонал, да и в целом, отель стоит своих денег. Единственный минус, как нам показалось, это завтраки.... нет, они хорошие, но очень скромные)))))) (ветчину и сыр приходилось заранее покупать в супермаркете))))

M'ha agradat la situació, molt a prop del funicamp I alhora del centre comercial d'Andorra . és un hotel molt familiar, t'hi sents com a casa. El personal molt amable I atent. No hi he trobat a faltar res, I la relació qualitat-preu és molt bona.

Понравилось отношение персонала, их старание и дружелюбие, уборка и чистота . Еще достоинство этого отеля - напитки за ужином включены в стоимость - большая редкость! Не понравилось - теснота в номерах (нам , семье из 3-х человек , было очень тесно), скудный завтрак, отсутствие выбора блюд, отсутствие русского канала.

El trato es muy afable. No cobran suplemento por las mascotas ni por el parking. Otros hoteles deberían aprender porque en el primer caso no hay razón que lo justificaque y en el segundo suele ser abusivo. El desayuno es claramente mejorable.

небольшой уютный отель, очень доброжелательный и гостеприимный персонал. отель удобен для горнолыжно-сноубордического отдыха: расположен близко от фуникулера, в отеле есть специальные шкафчики для хранения спортивного инвентаря. бесплатный WiFi в номере. Small cosy hotel, with home-like atmosphere. Very friendly and hospitable staff. The hotel is convenient for snowbord / mountain ski people (near the Funicamp, special lockers for sport equipment). Free WiFi in rooms.

Especialmente el trato recibido, informándonos de todo lo que preguntábamos, con gran amabilidad. Han gestionado con rapidez y además descuento, el tema de fortais, entradas a caldea etc. Está cerquita del funicamp, pero la cuesta es empinadilla, el material lo dejabamos en el alquiler, así que no era mucha la molestia. Tiene un buen parking aunque no está en el mismo edificio (unos metros enfrente) Cenamos un par de noches y bien, precio razonable, 14 x adulto y 10 por Grato recuerdo del trato de todos los empleados y hasta del jefe, que también estaba en recepción en algún momento. Solamente que no tuvieran soja para el desayuno, aunque estoy seguro que si la hubiera pedido, me la hubieran traído.

Muy bien situado, pequeño y muy acogedor. Buenas instalaciones con wifi gratis disponible en todo el hotel. Personal del hotel muy amable y limpieza excelente. Perfecto por su ubicación a 200 metros del funicamp y por el precio. Poca variedad en el desayuno, pero aceptable. Por la noche hacia algo de frio en las habitaciones y las almohadas penosas.

Muy buena situacion al lado del funicamp y bien comunicado con Andorra la Vella. Es de los pocos hoteles de la zona que con estos precios incluye plaza de garaje. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. El agua de la ducha estaba un poco falta de presion y era algo incomoda.
