The restaurant staff and receptionist were extremely hospitable and helpful There was no problem with the hotel but Encamp is not a good place to stay overnight. |

Typical familie hotel with excellent service and taking care of all the guests. Delicious lunch and dinner. Good transport to Andorra la Vella for shopping or Spa. |

The price/quality ratio of this hotel is amazing. The interior is average, typical middle-class hotel, but the view over the mountains is fantastic and at €52 per night incl. breakfast it is a bargain. The staff is super friendly is a natural way and their dinner set menu at €14 for a 3 course - really good - meal including as much wine as you like is ridiculously cheap for Andorra. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! |

The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was included in the rate and it was more than enough for us and served in a nicely decorated dining room. The pool table was a big hit with our teenaged boys. The location of the hotel was handy and the shops and restaurants were all conveniently within walking distance. Tea and coffee making facilities were not available, but this seems to be the case in most places. |

The service was exactly as expected from the other reviews - personal, helpful, friendly - it was the highlight of the stay! The rooms were very good for a 2 star hotel, and we had a great view. It was also great to have a carpark included in the price. The entire stay was good, but a small point is that the breakfast was a little sparse - I think it might have been related to the off season, as it was very quiet. |

Great little hotel - full of helpful, thoughtful staff. The woman who runs the front office area is also a good source of local info (where to eat, etc). It's also just 3 min walk from the funicamp cable car, taking you to the Encamp ski slopes. The lobby/bar area is often very smoky in the evening - but it seems a problem in Andorra in general - they don't have rules dictating where you can/can't smoke....it's a problem in the restaurants too. Don't let this put you off this hotel. |

La habitación, aun pequeña estaba bien,y las vistas al valle son espectaculares. En la web dicen que puedes llegar hasta las 11, pero en realidad a las 9 se van del hotel.De las 9 de la noche, a las 15 h, mejor que no tengas ningún problema porque allí no hay ni dios.De verguenza,tuvimos que anular la 2ª noche y nos dijeron que tenía que ser por internet,y que ellos se lavaban las manos.todo se arregló llamando a booking, menos mal. |

Bel hotel, bien situé pour le shopping à andorre, lit confortable, belle salle de bain, qualité du petit déjeuner, lcd dans la chambre, bon rapport qualité prix.. On a apprécié l'obscurité dans la chambre, rare dans les hotels, hotel calme, tout était bien. On reviendra Les serviettes de bain sont petites, comme dans tous les hotels mais on a toujours nos draps de bain avec nous, donc aucun problèmes |

Calidad precio es genial, despues es genial porque no cobran suplementos por llevar a perros es una forma de entender a la gente que le gustan los animales, el parking gratis hay pocos hoteles que no cobren..y que es ideal para familias y dias de tranquilidad. Para repetir |

la amabilidad del personal. Lofamiliar que es y sobre todo que nos permitan llevar al perro, pues muy pocos hoteles lo permiten y eso te limita mucho a la hora de viajar y con ellos esto ha sido muy fácil. |

La atención personal ha sido muy biuena, el desayuno bien, la ubicación perfecta si no quieres aglomeraciones,lo mejor el parquing con espacio y llave propia, interesante la tranquilidad, la proxima vez pediré la habitación con ventanas al valle para evitar el ruido de los coches. |

L'accueil était excellent le personnel gentil et serviable.Le repas du soir était très bien rapport qualité/prix pour 15 € adultes et 10 € pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuné très bien en quantité et qualité. Le parking était en garage et fermé un + quant on est en montagne. Nous étions 8 adultes et 5 enfants. Nous avons été bien recus. Les cloisons dans les chambres de sont pas épaisse. |
