The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner in hotel restaurant was of high standard for a low price, so no need to go outside after a day skiing. Comfortable beds, clean small room however big enough for a double bed and two single beds (we booked a triple). Water from the tap was tasty and fully drinkable.

Excellent, had a very good experience and will return in ' days for another go...missed the Funicamp last time !!

Wonderful staff who could not do enough for us. Friendly bar/ lounge wherever relaxed after skiing - free wifi. Evening Meal was excellent value. It is so convenient for skiing and they arranged our ski passes for us .

Old rooms

Very cozy and clean hotel. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located very close to Funicamp (lift to the mountains) and has free parking. Rooms are small but have everything needed. All in all I think this hotel is worth more stars than it has.

All the same food for breakfast every day and not much variety. Would be great if they would at least have some cheese and ham.

Terrific welcome by very helpful receptionist, considering we arrived very much in the off-season. Safe parking for the bike in secure underground car park. Encamp itself is a nice little town, compared to the brashness of the rest of this odd little principality. Very well worth a stop-off on the way into Spain, tax-free shopping seems to be the main activity outside the winter sports season. Breakfast was arranged by a hugely enthusiastic and capable chap who wanted us to have the very best day, and is worthy of mention here.

A walk from the hotel necessarily involves very steep hills, be prepared!

Small friendly hotel with the nicest possible management and staff. Breakfast is pretty simple but the essentials are immediately served: coffee, orange and hot milk for the kids. The cable car is an 8 min walk - or 30 seconds in car with ski gear. The car-park during ski season is only 4€ the day. Hotel Mila makes you feel genuinely welcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Encamp!

Smokers allowed, but this appears the norm in Andorra - where every man woman and teenager spends many 100s of hrs lighting up.

Amabilidad del personal, parking gratuíto, posibilidad de reservar caldea y forfaits en recepción y con descuento, limpieza...

El tren para ir al funicam no pasa por debajo del hotel y hay que andar 200mts con el equipo puesto hasta el funicam si no quieres coger el coche. No es muy grave ya que está cerca, pero es un poco incordio.

Personal muy amable. Habitaciones algo pequeñas pero para la vida que hacemos en el hotel es suficiente. Confort de las camas bueno. Baño bien, con secador. Buena ubicación para el Funicam

Desayuno poco variado (solo opción de dulces) y cena poca opción a elegir pero todo y con eso bien elaborado. Calor en las habitaciones (aun con la ventana abierta)

El trato del personal es excelente: se preocupan por cómo te ha ido el día, si irás de compras, la forma más fácil y barata de acceder a Andorra... La ubicación respecto al Funicamp es de las mejores de Encamp. Y comprando el Forfait en el hotel, resulta un poco más barato que adquiriéndolo en taquillas. Aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas, se está muy calentito (nosotros tuvimos el radiador del dormitorio apagado todos los días por el calor tan enorme que hace).

Es el único hotel de esquí donde los desayunos no incluyen algo de comida "caliente". Se quedan un poco cortos (solo tostadas y cereales). Quizá es un desayuno para ir de compras pero no para pasar todo el día en pistas.
