It was opposite the gondola and so very easy to get to the slopes. The view from the window was great. We did not get any clean towels throughout the stay and I had to keep asking the staff who were reluctant to give me any. There was no atmosphere in the hotel itself, the staff seemed uninterested in the guests. There wasn't a warm welcome at the hotel and when we went to nearby hotels and bars we found the staff much more engaging. |

Seul point fort est que l'hotel se situe juste en face des oeufs pour monter aux pistes. L'accueil est vraiement moyens et se fait au niveau du bar. Le wifi est quasi imossible car le personnel de l'hotel est en permanence en train de s'en servir. Le personnel est très jeune est on a l'impression de déranger quand on arrive. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment limite. Dans la salle de bain le rideau de douche est moisi et la baignoire bouchée. |

El restaurante y su cercanía a los remontes. Encontramos la habitación sucia, el suelo sin barrer y pelos en el lavabo. Durante nuestra estancia de fin de semana tampoco nos limpiaron la habitación, ni nos hicieron la cama. Además es obligatorio pagar toda la estancia por adelantado al llegar al hotel. |

La cercania con la pista de Vallnord, desde la ventana veias el telecabina, y solo hacia falta cruzar la calle para subir. Si, el desayuno estaba bien pero poco variado, y no tenia tostadora, etc. La recepción es un bar y sorprende un poco al principio. Por lo demás todo bien. |

Las habitaciones están renovadas al igual que los baños. Son muy amplias y comfortables. El desayuno es un poco justo pero correcto. |
