The staff were ready to help at any time.

The room was too small.

Ideal hotel for sking, lovely staff, very friendly atmosphere. Just stayed for 3 nights to ski and hotel ideal for that purpose, Restaurants bars and gondela all within 100 metres, had room overlooking main ski run with brilliant view.

I have never met before such friendly helpful staff before. People are happy to navigate you and help with everything. Good value for money. Hotel is making discount to the guests for ski-passes and rent of ski equipment. Lift to montain is very close to hotel, a bit more than 100metres. Good breakfast. Very warm in the rooms.

You can hear your heighbours at their every movement. It would be nice to have spa facilities in the building after skiing.

It was our first time at this hotel and I was surprised at the high standard for the price we paid . Staff were very friendly and very helpful . We had an evening meal in the restaurant , the food was excellent and not expensive . We will definitely return before Xmas .

mainly the familiar atmosphere, views and very well in all senses

Very friendly and cooperative staff. The slope is only 5min away by foot and there is a parking right by the hotel for free.

The room is quiet small and very noisy. You could hear all the conversations of your neighbours. The breakfast and dinner was of very poor quality. For this price a night we expected better food.

The hotel is warm and cheerful with a good atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and relaxed. The hotel is in a very convenient location for all the amenities of Soldeu and we could park our car easily.

The room was a little squashed, but we were three sharing. The hotel is very noisy at night and early morning because the floors are all hard and the noise bounces off everything. Also the rooms are very close to each other so that your neighbours are right outside your door. The bed was not fantastically comfortable. The public areas are far better than the rooms themselves.

Excellent location and views of ski slopes, everything within 200metres for skiing, and meals/shops/evenings out

The walls are not very well soundproofed and you can hear normal level talking in next rooms

Chambre tres propre , salle de bain tres propre , cette hotel à notre avis et tres bien tenu et tres agreable je le recommanderais, nous reviendrons......

Peut etre le bruit leger ,mais ça ne nous a pas gené.....
