Ακύρωση
Για ακυρώσεις τουλάχιστον 14 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη, δε θα χρεωθείτε με ακυρωτικά.
Για ακυρώσεις μέχρι 11 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, θα χρεωθείτε με 15% από ολόκληρη τη διαμονή .
Για ακυρώσεις μέχρι 3 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, θα χρεωθείτε με 25% από ολόκληρη τη διαμονή .
Για ακυρώσεις μέχρι 1 ημέρα πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης θα χρεωθείτε με 50% από ολόκληρη τη διαμονή .
Σε περίπτωση "μη εμφάνισης", θα χρεωθείτε με το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
1 μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται 60 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Breakfast was very good, except there were no nutella for the kids. The hotel was nicely build. The Wi-Fi didn't work on the rooms, there were a problem so it only worked in the reception. There were no a la carte in the restaurant only a buffet, not really good if you have kids.The buffet food was not very good, cold and too expensive for what you get. We didn't get the aircondition (we were there in the summer) to work but is was cold outside so we opened the balcony door. |

The proximity to the slopes and the chair lift. Ski hire,ski pass all available within hotel. Very approachable and helpful manager.Good size rooms with balconies. Wi fi not available in all rooms.Internet search always came up with booking.com website.....would have liked to get through to hotel directly if booking.com doesn't have accurate information about rooms. |

the main feature about this hotel is the location, next to the slopes; I ddi not like the way the sauna etc had to be paid for as an extra as this is part of the after ski experience; also i found it disappointing that the hotel offered no facility for those people checking out and wishing to ski that day, you had to empty the ski locker and no alternative was offered, this seems a lack of customer focus; For info i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to establish if I... |

Good facilities, very friendly staff. Excellent location for skying, just 20 meters from the slopes. Sofa-bed of the tripple room not very confortable. Old tv and rather poor reception of some channels. Food of the bufftet could be better for a four star hotel; for breakfast, not enough fresh fruit, only white bread available,... |

Parking is 6euros a day and easy to access and depart. Ski in ski out facilities... Free internet in lobby. The food in the restaurant is very poor, resembles school food. Most things are cold even if they are supposed to be warm. Beds are uncomfortable and considering the price, I am sure they could have modern TVs in the rooms as it is the year 2009. |

El acceso a pistas es inmejorable. El buffet era de muy buena calidad y el servicio muy cuidado y personal. La zona de spa para ser gratuita estaba de lujo.. Del hotel nada..pero de la estacion de grandvalira todo! Traigo los esquis llenos de rayones de las piedras de las pistas, que no cerraban y encima engañaban con los cm de nieve. Menos del 50% de pistas abiertas y en malisimo estado y te cobraban el fortait completo. Cuidado con los partes que emite la estacion, no os fieis de ellos!! Solo les interesa que pagues el forfait. |

la ubicacion y las vistas son estupendas, en invierno es muy comodo para la practica de esqui y pienso que en verano se convierte en un lugar ideal para disfrutar andorra de una forma relajada. el agua de la piscina y jacuzzi estaba fria. |

La vue, la tranquilité, l'hotel est accueuillant (sauf l'odeur), le service, la structure de l'hotel. L'odeur de l'hotel persistante due à la piscine et au spa et au manque d'aération. La cuisine pas digne d'un 4* pas de fromage de qualité pourtant ce n'est pas ce qui manque ni de charcuterie du même type leadl ne fait pas pire. |

Su ubicacion a pie de pistas, aunque no haya ido a esquiar las vistas son muy bonitas y da gusto pasear por alli y perderte de la ciudad. El bufet era muy pobre tanto en desayuno como en comidas aunque en el desayuno era aun peor. |
