Hotel Nordic  

This hotel seemed primarily set up for skiing. We stayed in it during late summer for a few nights as part of a walking tour of the Pyrenees. It was ideally situated for this, very comfortable and with efficiently helpful staff. Interesting display of early motorbikes and vintage cars in the reception area

Off the main road so fairly quiet.Very good breakfast and pleasant staff. Drinks in hotel not particularly expensive compared to French prices. Very well kept gardens with pleasant outdoor sitting area.

Evening meal not so good- buffet style and although main course choice was good the quality was rather poor.

The room was very spacious and provides wonderful view from the balcony. The breakfast was tasty and varied.

There are no appropriate options to have dinner/lunch in the hotel and surrounding area. The closest restaurants are much far away from the hotel. The hotel provides only buffet dinner for a very high price if you want to buy it when you arrives. The reception clerk appoligies that we didn't buy a dinner in advance when the price is much lower. So my advice is to have half board package (breakfast+dinner).

The food was a tad repetative .. more cafeteria than restaurant

Besides the location - excellent for skiers - the restaurant staff and some of the front desk staff. The facilities we used - inside pool, bowling, sky rentals - are also fine.

(1) the fact that the internet (wifi) failed to work properly during our stay. (2) the condition in which some of the sofas in the hotel lobby are.

Понравилось всё, номера просторные, тёплые! Для лыжного отдыха есть все удобства, после лыж - семейная сауна, разнообразный шведский стол, очень понравилась система приёма гостей в ресторане, сопровождение до столика, обслуживание. Есть канал Россия кажется.....

не понравились кровати, разъезжаются при малейшем движении, не понравилось, что не весь персонал говорит по английски и возникает недопонимание, нет коктелей в баре, перевод на русский некоторых правил отеля выглядит очень смешным - например в баре - для обслуживания предоставить карточку отеля - "для перезагрузки предъявить регистрацию в коробке" ......

Es un hotel muy bonito, nuevo, limpio. El personal es muy amable. Tiene una ubicación perfecta para esquiar.

Primero, felicitar a todo el personal, por su simpatia, y sobretodo, a todo el equipo de cocina (Eduardo y su plantilla), quienes todos los dias nos ofrecen por la noche un surtido variado todos los dias, tanto al nivel de calidad como de presentacion. Enhorabuena, de verdad....da gusto!!!!!

Una pena, que haya tanta clientela rusa, con tanta poca educación....No se si esta año, ha sido una excepcion...pero es una pena. No se puede venir a cenar en chandal y sin saludar a la gente, solo por respeto al personal y la clientela.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme malgré l'imposante architecture, chambres propres et literie confortable, le fait de pouvoir profiter de la piscine intérieure et du jaccuzi sans supplément, salle de fitness très bien. Musicien chaque soir, en fait un bon dépaysement sans trop alléger le portefeuille.

Par contre au niveau restauration il faudrait faire un effort, manque de choix au niveau des entrées, les plats de résistance qui pour certains n'étaient pas chaud, on peut prétendre à mieux du fait du standing de l'hôtel, et svp servez du vrai jus d'orange le matin et pas de l'industriel.

La tranquilidad, el trato con los empleados, la variedad y calidad de la comida y el buén estado de los jardines y la piscina exterior

L'accueil chaleureux, la piscine extérieur, le bowling, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, le petit dej et copieux et le repas du soir en self il y a du choix. Nous étions en demi pension. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette hotel et nous y retourneront l'année prochaine sans souci.

Tous les soirs il y avait une animation musique mais il devrait variés les styles car toujours de l'accordéon mais autrement rien d'autre a repprocher

tout était parfait avons séjournés souvent dans cet hôtel à noter l'effort fait par le personnel pour parler français
