Les animaux sont acceptés dans les chambres mais pas dans les lieux de restauration. je trouve qu'un supplément de 17 € pour garder un chien avec soi dans une chambre sans équipement complémentaire c'est particulièrement hors de prix. |

La comida que hay gran variedad pues que en el hotel no hay parking y no se puede reservar la plaza deveria de haber una raya para cada habitacion que tenga coche sobre todo si tienes un coche que no lo puedes dejar en la calle |

Habitación amplia y mobiliario moderno. Muy buena ubicación. Ideal para viajar con niños. El spa está bien. Las zonas comunes y, en particular, los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones, son muy mejorables para un hotel de su categoría. Parking pupilaje. |

L'hotel est tres propre, de bon standing, les chambres sont tres agréables et la literie de très bonnes qualité.. Le sauna hammam se trouve dans l'hotel mercure! Il faut passer par le parking, puis l'exterieur... Les places de parking sont insuffisantes d'autant que le parking est commun aux 2 hotels la encore. Pour une station de "montagne" il est tres moyen de devoir trouver une place exterieure surtout par rapport au trafic routier le soir à Andorre. |

il est indiqué que l'hôtel possède piscine, sauna, etc.... mais en fait les installation se trouvent à l'hôtel mercure, il faut donc sortir de l'hôtel, traverser la route se rendre dans un hôtel ou il faut encore se justifier pour pouvoir profiter du SPA, drôle de façon d'aller se détendre. |

la chambre confortable et très propre devoir sortir pour aller à la piscine au Mercure à côté, le repas du soir au Mercure également. Repas un peu décevant . Hotel à recommander pour sa situation et son confort uniquement. |
