Удобный, чистый, приветливый отель. Рядом остановка скибусов. Удобные кровати, раздельный просторный санузел, много шкафов и вешалок. Тепло, тихо. На завтрак нет никаких овощей.

Restaurante, personal del mismo y las instalaciones de relax. En recepcion falta personal en ciertos momentos. Un día que habia muchas salidas y entradas no nos hicieron la habitacion.

El desayuno era excelente. Completisimo!!! La piscina y el spa no esta realmente en el hotel, sino que tiene un concierto con el hotel de la cadena que se encuentra al lado. No es mucho caminar, pero es siempre un poco mas incomodo.

La situación a tres minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, cerca de Caldea y con párquing público muy cercano, más económico que el del hotel. El personal muy amable. La relación calidad-precio.

Les seves instal·lacions són correctes I, per gaudir de la zona comercial d'Andorra la Vella, es troba en un lloc perfecte. Per tractar-se d'un hotel de 4 estrelles, trobo increíble dues coses: trigar 50 minuts per liquidar el compte al marxar I, sobre tot, que el diumenge et despertin a les 8'45, amenaçan-te de que, o penges el cartell de "No molesteu" o et tornaran a picar en 10 minuts. No es pot descansar un diumenge en aquest hotel?

Propreté des chambres, grande chambre, espaces, discrétion du personnel, bien insonorisé sauf une peu la climatisation Coffre payant, boissons chaude et froides dans la chambre payantes, pas de peignoir de bain, manque de balcon.

Sa bonne situation geographique son excellent rapport qualite / prix sa proprete le petit dejeuner son parking depuis plusieurs annees nous venons dans cet hotel et nous ne sommes jamais deçus pourvu que ça dure !!!!!!!!!!

Novotel Andorra beantwoordt volledig aan wat Novotel biedt en waar het voor staat. Ik had voor ons (ouder echtpaar) gescheiden bedden besteld. Gezien de periode die voorafging aan ons verblijf vind ik dat aan dat verzoek gevolg gevolg moest gegeven worden. Jammer genoeg kon dat niet??????? Bij het ontbijt waren zowel de roereieren als de bacon koud. Dit kan n iet voor een hotel van standing.

Accueil et particulièrement celui du monsieur du garage, la propreté des chambres et leur équipement, la possibilité d'utiliser le spa le repas du soir trés bien, par contre je trouve le petit déjeuner à 12.E50 exessive. entre 12€ 50 et les 3 € de la promotion il pourrait y avoir un autre choix

Le calme de l'hôtel. Le tarif du parking était différent de celui du site. 22 euros au lieu de 20 euros annoncé, avec impossibilité de le faire changer malgré l'indication sur la réservation.

Su situación céntrica; la cocina y comedor satisfactorio y acorde al nivel de cuatro estrellas, posibilidad de spa en hotel contiguo de la misma cadena. Tal vez un problema de una sola habitación, pero la alta rumorosidad del aire acondicionado de la habitación vecina me impidió dormir durante media noche.
