Room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was good enough. Quite far from the town of Canillo, car is necessary. |

Clean, new and extremely well appointed. The manager/owner was charming and the breakfasts were better than one normally gets on the Continent. Didn't serve dinner in the restaurant. |

Excellent value for money. Spacious suite for a price of a room. kitchenette was very useful. Connecting doors between suites were very comfortable Extra charge of 10Euro/day for use of kitchenette (Should be informed in booking terms) Lack of necessary accessories (coats hangers, soap shelf in shower, etc.) Very small shower – might be a problem for large sized persons. Jacuzzi wasn't warm enough |

Fantastic staff, really made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was fantastic, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Great views too. Only real issue was no evening restaurant. |

Modern hotel, nice staff, fairly good location. It was nice to have free wi-fi connection. There was no ski boot drying possibility which is very important in the hotel where mostly skiers stay. |

The location is pretty good - it's within walking distance of the town Camillo where their is a ski lift. There's plenty free parking in front of the hotel (the paid private parking is in the garage). The hotel is modern and nicely designed and I liked the fact that our suite had a separate area for sleeping and for eating/watching TV. Overall we were very happy with our stay there. You have to pay 10 euro per day if you want to use the kitchen, although I think you'd only be charged this if it required cleaning afterwards. Also the town, Camillo, didn't seem to have much apres ski atmosphere. |

El poder haber estado en pleno relajamiento y haber descansado de maravilla, el personal estar siempre a disposición ante cualquier emergencia y darte todas las facilidades para su solución. Delante de la entrada al hotel, creo que deberia haber un buen rotulo diciendo que esta uno delante del hotel, pues entre el dia pasa uno de largo con el coche y te vas a la montaña. |

La tranquilidad y la confortabilidad de la habitación, es muy espaciosa y silenciosa. Hemos estado muy agusto. El desayuno no es muy variado pero todo está bueno, además te preparan en el momento lo que tu quieras caliente como huevos,bacon etc Por poner algo lo que comenta todo el mundo que no hay bañera si no una ducha pequeña en comparación con la alimentación |

Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para un fin de semana de descanso. No tiene restaurante, para cenar solo ofrecen pizzas que traen de una pizzería del pueblo, y bastante caras además. |

Me ha gustado mucho su spa, la suite (muy amplia) y la situación, muy buena para hacer excursiones por Andorra. Por poner un pero la ducha era pequeña en comparación con la amplitud de la suite pero igualmente ya estaba bien. |

Cadre très agréable et un accueil très convivial confèrent un sentiment de quiétude et de douceur très appréciables. Tout est propre et de bonne facture, plutôt beau, et surtout cette gentillesse naturelle du personnel nous ont fait passer un excellent moment. De plus nous avons pu apprécier la différence avec d'autres établissements à quelques kilomètres de là qui ne méritaient pas leurs étoiles. Merci. |

Tot, habitació cómode, menjar bo -tot i que poca varietat-, tranquilitat, vam anar a l'hotel i vam poder disfrutar de l'spa (hammam, sauna i jacuzzi 4 places) sols. El personal de l'hotel, gent d'Andorra, molt atents. Recomanable, mooolt romàntic. Res perquè fins i tot el pàrquing de l'hotel és gratuït i tampoc està tan lluny del poble. |

Las suites familiares son muy espaciosas. En 2 minutos en coche estas en la carretera general para ir a donde quieras de Andorra.Hoten nuevo y limpio. El hotel tiene un ambiente general un poco frío y solitario, al menos en verano. |

Nos ha gustado todo, fuimos a dormir una noche y nos dio todo lo que necesitabamos, tranquilidad y confort, hotel nuevo, limpio, habitaciones amplias, situado en un pueblo tranquilo, facil aparcamiento en la época que fuimos ( verano), desayuno normal sin grandes lujos pero ya lo sabiamos. Solo reseñaria una cosa como negativa que no lo llega a ser mala y es el tamaño de la ducha de la habitación, 70x70cm, la suite es enorme, todo amplio y lujoso pero la ducha es mínina, nos pudimos duchar sin problema, eso no es lo malo, solo que nos llamó la atención. |
