Carlos was one of the most accommodating hotel managers we have ever encountered. He made sure that everything that we wanted and needed was provided. The entire staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast was very generous. We liked the quiet location outside of the center of town.

Small kitchen in the room is provided for separate charge, that is at least confusing, but in general not right.

Nice hotel with good service and excellent view, it is good noise isolation in the rooms. Definately a value for money.

Too small shower, no dishwasher in the kitchen, restaurant only onened for breakfast (no dinner option). Hotel a little remote which however was not a big issue as we had a car. Also there is a shuttle bus service to a skilifts which though we did not use. These 'not likes' are minor indeed, the real issue was that when someone is smoking at stairs next to the lift, it smells in the room as one was smoking in the room.

Great value for money

Great staff, kind and helpful. Beautiful location and all rooms with a stunning view on the mountains. Suites are spacious and luxurious. If you do not like the children to sleep on the couch, ask for the two bedroom apartment.

Good food served at breakfast time until 11 AM

Fantástico hotel para los que buscamos la tranquilidad. Muy limpio y con personal muy atento. Repetiremos con toda seguridad.

Tenian servicio de transfer hasta el telecabina de Canillo, y al pedirles que nos viniesen a buscar a Tarter nunca nos pusieron pegas. El personal del hotel era muy amable, sobretodo el señor con acento portugués que nos atendió os primeros días El spa es gratuito, y esto ya no se enceuntra en ningún hotel, en todos se ha de pagar algo....

El spa para dos estaba genial, pero si venía mas gente a la vez que tu era incomodo ya que el jacuzzi solo es para 4 personas. En la reserva ponía que incluía albornoces, lavadora y nevera,pero no había lavadora, los albornoces se cogían en recepción con una fianza de 20€, y la nevera estaba dentro del "armario" donde estaba la cocina (por la que pagamos 10€/día). También ponía que había balcón, y en la habitación que nos tocó había un balcon pero en realidad era la ventana del comedor con una valla a unos centimetros de la ventana.....

Personal muy amable, dando facilidades para todo y haciendo la estancia muy agradable. Nos alojamos en suite, con salita independiente con sofas, mesa, tele y opción para usar cocina completa. Radiadores en salita, baño y habitación, que se regulan fácilmente para conseguir la temperatura deseada. Todo muy limpio. Desayuno correcto con opción de plancha al momento. Guarda esquís y guardabotas en habitación caliente. Te bajan y te recogen al telecabina de Canillo a la hora que quieras (como un taxi). Tiene jacuzzi, sauna y baño turco, pequeños, pero suficiente para relajarte. Volveremos seguro,

No está mal para el precio que tiene..

Espacio de las habitaciones muy mal aprovechado. El dormitorio muy pequeño, casi claustrofóbico, el cuarto de baño no tiene bañera (solo ducha) y sin embargo la sala es muy grande y espaciosa.

Hôtel très confortable et calme avec accueil personnalise très professionnel Tout est fait pour satisfaire le client. Les chambres sont très bien aménagées et sont en fait de véritables petits appartements très appréciables en familles car les couchages sont sépares. L'emplacement est idéal a 5mn, en navette gratuite organisée par l'hôtel, du départ du télécabine de canillo tout en étant en-dehors de la route principale d'accès aux différentes stations.

Excellente situation,proche de Canillo(accès remontées mécaniques) parking facile (privé) soleil dés le matin (9 heures en fin février) en pleine nature,promenades pédestres faciles; excellent petit déjeuner buffet ( sucré salé)
