the situation near to the skipist, the hotel is new , the staff is really friendly, the restaurant is good and is near to the vella. maybe the price for the room is a little bit expensive |

La decoración esta cuidada hasta el último detalle y se portaron muy bien con nosotros, hasta tuvieros algunos detalles que no esperabamos. El precio, quiza no tiene muchos servicios extras, hay hoteles por la zona con piscina, spa,... a mejor precio |

El cuarto de baño y la decoracion pero es muy caro para lo que es no merece la pena os lo dice alguien que va mucho por hoteles me esperaba otra cosa tambien es nuevo les falta rodaje El desayuno no es bufet le tienes que ir pidiendo lo que quieres y no tienen casi de nada carisimo para lo que te ponen |

Molt tranquil i confortable, és un hotel modern que ens ha agradat molt. El servei molt bo i cordial. És a 5 minuts de l'estació d'Arinsal. L'esmorzar no encaixa amb el preu que vam pagar. |

El desayuno no es a la altura de un 4 estrellas como tampoco cobrarnos la cuna para nuestro hijo de 15 meses.Estuvimos con otros amigos y a cada uno nos llego mal la factura. Nos querian hacer pagar unos conceptos de más.... |

Uiterst vriendelijk en gedienstig hotelpersoneel, niet enkel voor ons maar ook voor ons zoontje van 5 jaar ! Nieuw en modern hotel, mooi interieur. Ontbijt. Sober ontbijt, stokbrood, croissants en kofituur....Geen buffet, alles is verkrijgbaar maar op vraag en mits bijbetalen. |
