Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, nice view, and excellent breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants. The only difficult thing is parking which is always a problem In Andorra shopping areas. The hotel parking cost 15 Euros extra per night and the parking garage located beneath the hotel is is tiny and difficult to park your car in. This is also typical for Andorra hotel parking. There was public outdoor parking available a few blocks away but we didn't want to chance leaving the rental car there. |

Cet hôtel est bien place mais très mal indique Le personnel parle très mal le français et très mal l'anglais ... Quant à l'espagnol il est approximatif car il ne connait que landorran ...En 2010 c'est un peu honteux ! |

Situation géorgraphique idéale pour CALDEA, accueil, buffets repas il pourrait y avoir des chambres bruyantes donnant sur la route, ce n'a pas été notre cas puisque notre chambre était côté ville avec jolie vue. |

La cercanía a las tiendas. Creo que por el precio que tiene es caro, ya que hay hoteles de 5 estrellas que están mejor y tienen un precio similar. Por lo que debería ser más barato. Además no me gusto el hecho que se tubiera que pasar por recepción para canviar de acensor para ir al spa. Y el párking era excesivamente pequeño y estrecho... |

Su gente, muy amables y simpáticos, (excepto una de las recepcionistas de cuando llegué, creo que no le gusta su trabajo) y se agradece el calorcillo de sus instalaciones, al llegar de la calle Solo una cosa, el parking, estrecho al entrar, al salir,es lo mismo la entrada que la salida, un caos, tengo un todo terreno, y me sobravan entre paredes como mucho 5 dedos por parte, y con unos desniveles considerables, entrarlo un sufrimiento, sacarlo, un sow. |

Al estar en una zona periferica de andorra es mas facil de encontrar la primera vez que visitas la ciudad Relacion calidad precio muy mala. Excesivamente caro para el tipo de habitacion y servicios que ofrecen comparandolo con otros hoteles de la zona y misma categoria. |
