Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, nice view, and excellent breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants. The only difficult thing is parking which is always a problem In Andorra shopping areas. The hotel parking cost 15 Euros extra per night and the parking garage located beneath the hotel is is tiny and difficult to park your car in. This is also typical for Andorra hotel parking. There was public outdoor parking available a few blocks away but we didn't want to chance leaving the rental car there. |

las habitaciones son muy amplias y el desayuno esta bastante bien, es muy completo. el parking es muy caro para lo que es el parking, ya que es muy muy estrecho, pero hay aparcamiento.Dejarlo en la calle es imposible |

Esta bastante bien situado tanto para ir a esquiar( ya que resulta muy comodo salir hacia las 2 estaciones de esqui andorranas) como para salir de compras.y tiene una muy buena relacion calidad precio |

me ha encantado la comida, precio económico de el menú, bastante cantidad y buena calidad, y el bufette del desayuno muy completo. las almohadas un poco bajas y durante la estancia pasé muchisimo calor, la calefacción la tenian excesivamente alta. |

Realmente el precio, y su ubicación está bien siempre y que puedas aparcar el coche en el Pk, pq si es muy grande directamente ya te indican busques aparcamiento fuera. El desayuno bufet está bien es bastante completo. Instalaciones muy viejas, piscina y zona spa cerrada(noviembre), parking pequeño, habitaciones muy grandes pero con el mobiliario muy viejo, aseo bastante viejo también. |

El desayuno y sólo en fin de semana ya que lunes sacaban la mitad de la bollería y croissants por ejemplo no había. El ruido de las habitaciones que dan a la parte delantera y la cama de matrimonio de la habitación 511 que estaba toda hundida. La madera de los marcos de las puertas estaba levantada. Trabajo en un hotel y desde luego a éste le hace falta una reforma integral. |
