It has a jacuzzi, home theater system. Pic Maià is located just 3 miles outside the lively shopping town of Pas de la Casa, and 19 miles from Andorra. All heated rooms at the Maià have hardwood floors and satellite TV. There is also a private bathroom, and rooms are furnished in a cozy mountain style. Breakfast and dinner are offered on the second floor restaurant. At the buffet you will find a complete choice of cold and warm dishes, including many local specialties. There is also a bar, where you can relax. Hotel Rooms: 88

Hotel ok (spacious and because of location away from the crowds); Staff super (making up for/fixing major inconveniences caused by lack of info on your website). Warm, hospitable atmosphere (again thanks to the staff); varied buffets (breakfast/dinner); lovely set dinners (especially on Crhristmas Eve). I highly recommend hotel pm to anyone wanting to discover Andorra. Your website should mention that in case of skiing: 1) location of hotel: (a) if there is enough snow, there is some access to a red piste to ski down to the centre of PdlC; (b) in case of beginners: ski-lessons are taking place in centre of PdlC). 2) transport: (a) bring your own car because the hotel depends on a local bus service; (b) that local bus service is either going too early/late for ski-lessons/returning to hotel when you no longer want to hang around in town. There is only 1 taxi business (doing ambulance service as well) which will cost you 15 Euro's for a 1 way trip to hotel pm. If the hotel would invest in their own Navette, it would be the perfect place.

Really good quality for twice as less price in comparison with all Pas de la Casa's hotels at a high season on January, 1-9 (<50EUR per day) + breakfast is really good + rooms & bathroom are clean and relatively new and large (I have 3 beds). + heating is good Strongly recommend for people who need just to skiing all the day & sleep at a hotel. P.S. table football is twice cheaper than at Pas de la Casa (1 EUR) :) The largest drawback is location: - only 2 buses a day (8.30 am downhill and 5.50 pm uphill). - NO taxis (spent 1.5 hours waiting for taxi from Andorra-la-Vella at friend's hotel lobby & it didn't come). - it took me about 40 min walking down to Pas de la Casa. BUT: you can easily use hitch-hiking. Both Spanish & French drivers are very friendly. I went round-trip hotel-Pas de la Casa even in the night (use international gesture - a thumb's up).

I would like to say that I found the reception service sloppy and ill informed, they didn´t know that on Tuesdays we couldn´t rent out skis from the hotel and we were not informed that there was only one bus at 5.30 that would take us up the mountain back to the hotel and the hotel didn´t supply a bus, therefore we had to walk 5km up the mountain at night! It was an awful and really dangerous walk. I found the staff unhelpful and they lacked consistency, the toilet in our room didn´t work for most of the time and I didn´t find the vegetarian option existing for the night time meal. Not impressed and won´t be back.

Clean cheap bed right next to the slopes The hotel was very old, the room was small, ugly, too hot, you could hear everything from the other rooms. I even hurt my leg because the mattress was broken and had a piece of iron sticking out.

the hotel needs a total revamp, the rooms, why are they so hot its like a sleeping in a sauna, i dread to think what the heating bill is like, the food, breakfast not as bad as the dinner and drove down to town in heavy snow with the risk of not getting up the hill so not to pay 16 euros for thaat rubbish. Pack a shovel, when you cant get you car out cause of snow the hotel doesnt have one and the petrol station over the road wont let you use theirs, misreable so ansd so., had to dig my car out by hand.im not having a rant ive stayed in lots of hotels all over the world through work and pleasure this is in number 1 for the worst get a grip pic miai cause i dont think you will get any repeat customers

The food was very good, nice atmosphere in the hotel, the waitors were very friendly and the price is good. Also the location, near to the ski piste. It was noisy. We had the room above the dining room and early in the morning we could hear the people in the restaurant.

Breakfast & evening meals were ok. leaving The toilet in our room (109) was approx 12 inches (30cm) off the wall,so you could only sit on it diagonally or sideways (unless you were 5' & under). Plug socket in the bathroom came out of the wall when you unplugged anything, the towels were a synthetic so they wouldn't actually dry you. Evening meals wasn't until 2000hrs which was a bit late for us as ski lifts close at 1630hrs.
