friendly staff If you dont have your own transport is really bad. The hotel is about 3 Km away from main town in the middle of nowhere. Very poor bus services to main town e.g 7:40 1st bus and nothing else until 13:15. Relying on taxi transfers. Very difficult when you dont know the place. |

For a 2 star hotel it was extremely functional, hot breakfast, good selection of food for dinner, beautiful views, great staff, very hot but better than being too cold, lots of hot water and great value for money. Yes it could do with a makeover but it is a 2 star hotel after all access to their WIFI connection would be good as there was only 1 internet station and we could not use our laptops. The jacuzzi is more of a hot bath. I would prefer to know up front what the use of leisure facilities is going to cost The ski run from here is a red run which people need to know |

The hotel is so far from the pas de la casa. No transport to the hotel, only 5 times per day. The restaurant staff is not nice (Javier). Reception staff is ok. |

Close to the piste You should have a Hotel Limousine for connection with Pass de la Casa There should be an automatical doorclosure to the garage, it smelled awfull to the exhaust everywhere. |

The bar was friendly and lively. Too much to put in this box! The cleanliness was not up to standard with dirty rooms being unacceptable. We were forced to take the half board option and fed cold, unappetising food, unlabelled so we were didnt know what we were eating. Ultimately we were forced to eat out. |

En mistään. Maksoimme ensimmäisestä yöstä, vaikka emme jääneet hotelliin. Vaihdoimme heti, kun löysimme vapaan huoneen toisaalta. Koko talo remonttiin. Bensa-asemat pois. Selkeästi esiin, ettei ole mikään Alppi-tyyppinen ski in/ski out paikka. |

De locatie, het uitzicht, de vriendelijkheid van een enkele hotelmedewerker Al het andere! Oncomfortabele bedden, matige maaltijden, merendeels zeer inefficiënt en ondeskundig personeel, veel te hoog gestookte verwarming, slechte staat van onderhoud van het gehele hotel, bar met oostblokachtig assortiment en het feit dat men aanvankelijk heeft geprobeerd ons getweeën onder te brengen in een kamer van ca, 2,5 bij 3 (!!!) meter. |

excesivo calor. no tienen contacto con empresas de alquiler de material de ski o venta de forfaits para facilitar la estancia y evitar el uso del coche. peligro de quedar aislado al estar en el puerto de montaña sin poder esquiar. |
