Room excellent, Loby area excellent, short walk to shopping and very excellent restaurant, excellent service. My wife and I staid in room 510 and what we realized was that we could clearly hear the people staying in room 511, not because they were loud, as we could hear them even though they were speaking in a normal voice. This is not a complain, but just for you to know this, as it might be an issue regarding privacy. When you design the rooms as you have, then we think it would be nice if you changed the red lamp next to the sofa, as this do not match the rest of the design and also with one that works :) |

Restaurant La Cupula Does not work WiFi. Badly smells in a bathroom. Turn expectation for a breakfast! For 5 stars, at least - it is strange! |

The central location made it easy to get around the town Thought it odd that guests had to pay for a swim. Not to be expected paying that amount. It should have been included. Disappointed with that |

The only thing i liked was the room. The food in the restaurant was the worst i have ever eaten.. actually i couldn't eat it it was so bad. They didn't charge us for it so that was something. |

Me ha gustado la tranquilidad que se respira, la atención recibida, los desayunos, en general es un hotel para mi parecer..... excelente! El último día habia colas para desayunar, afortunadamente el personal del servicio de comedor abrió un nuevo salón y se solucionó el problema. No obstante en un hotel de estas características (5*) eso puede empañar "un poquito" la imagen. Pero desde luego, si alguna vez vuelvo a Andorra, repetiré hotel. Me ha gustado. |

Siempre voy a vuestra cadena, por tanto la estancia siempre es agradable. En esta ocasión nos acogimos a 1 de las ofertas que habia a través de Booking. Nos reservásteis la hab. 605 y simplemente os diré que es impresionante, muy acogedora y nos encantó. Un comentario en contra.... Faltaban unas "pastitas" en la bandeja del servicio de café. Por todo lo demás un 10. Pienso que este tipo de ofertas en habitaciones de gama superior, deberian ser más a menudo para clientes fieles a vuestra cadena. Un saludo. |

Proximité commerces, buffet petit déjeuner très riche, calme, sécurité du véhicule, présence salle de sport L absence de l'assistance au port des bagages, salle de bain qui dénote un peu par rapport aux autres prestations, une chambre "luxe" avec 2 matelas et non un seul grand |

La comodidad de su ubicación en el centro neurálgico de las tiendas de Andorra sin estar en la zona más bulliciosa. La insonorización. Dentro de la habitación se oyen los ruidos del hall ( véase piano, etc.) puesto que la construcción favorece la transmisión del sonido a todas las habitaciones. Deberia haber una doble puerta para aislar las habitaciones del ruido exterior. |

Hotel muito bonito, no centro, limpo, excelente café da manhã Quarto muito pequeno. Banheira muito pequena, chuverio caindo da parede (falta de manutençao), recepção poderia ser melhor no atendimento, parking carissimo. |

La ubicacion es excelente,muy cerca de todo. Lo peor ha sido tener que pagar 20.50€ al dia por el parking del hotel,es un poco abusivo.Y la limpieza ha dejado mucho que desear,el polvo lo cubria todo (soy asmática),ademas de la poca limpieza del baño y las toallas que nos pusieron en varias ocasiones estaban muy manchadas y olian a tabaco.Las almohadas tambien nos pudimos percatar que estaban manchadas nada mas llegar al hotel.No veo nada de esto apropiado siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas y por el precio que tiene deberian de cuidar mas estos detalles. |

Le confort et le style de la chambre. La qualité du thé au petit déjeuner. On sent que le personnel n'a pas l'habitude de servir du thé pour le petit déjeuner, Il y a trop de parfums différents proposés alors qu'il manque un bon thé du genre "breakfast" avec du lait froid... |
