Some clear directions would have helped, spent some time locating the hotel , difficult to stop and ask in town

Overall Excellent but with one significant caveat. Excellent location, with easy walking distance of all great shopping and restaurants in central part of city. Excellent reception by staff with friendly demeanor, clear explanation of parking and other services, and personally helped with our many bags. Parking very convenient with entrance 50 meters from front door and dedicated elevator to hotel from parking. Excellent dinner in the 1st Floor restaurant with friendly, patient staff (for translating menu) and near gourmet quality. Well equipped, clean, modern facility overall with very good rooms. Excellent selection for breakfast, but only one worker who cannot keep-up with demand for coffee and other customer needs. The one caveat....

The air conditioner did not work. After a day of shopping, returned to room with no a/C. Upon getting ready for sleep, brought situation to attention of front desk. Young gentleman went with me to room to investigate. Basically told me that I was wrong, and that a/c was now working properly ("you see, the two lights are showing"....when it's clear to me the a/c symbol light is not showing). Bottom line, after an uncomfortable night and after breakfast, mysteriously the a/c was now truly working (with no adjustment from me. So, I feel the night desk clerk is either truly clueless or purposely misguided me. I brought this to attention of front desk upon checkout. While pleasant and reporting they will investigate, I was hoping for more....slight compensation or apology. This is only aspect that makes this not a 5-star.

The location

The temperature in the rooms is cold, not all staff at the reception can speak English, the toilet is leacking, nobody is meeting guests at the entrance, no parking vallet. The hotel is not five stars, it is about three stars.

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, idéal pour le shopping : un peu en retrait de la rue principale donc plus au calme. A tester absolument : le restaurant gastronomique de l'hôtel, le chef est français et nous avons vraiment été enchantés par les plats et les associations de saveurs proposées.

Une petite remarque tout de même, c'est un 5 étoiles andorran donc plutôt un 3/4 étoiles français. La déco paraît soignée mais en y regardant, il y a des détails à revoir : meubles de la chambre et baignoire un peu vieillis et abîmés et surtout un parquet stratifié vraiment cheap... Préférez aussi le parking extérieur situé juste derrière l'hôtel beaucoup moins cher.

J'ai adorée le pianiste....

Je n'ai pas apprecié le fait que le parking auto n'est meme pas offert par la direction c'est pas commercial du tout ...en plus que les chambres sont cheres, meme un bain dans la piscine est payant, c'est trop de grater comme ca ! ( bof ) salle de bain trop etroite ( meme pas un gel moussant en echantillon ) et decoration vieille france ...

Bueno para empezar diré que repito en este hotel y que no tengo intención de cambiar de hotel ya que cumple con las espectativas de cualquiera que se aloje,no tengo mas que piropos para este hotel y sus empleados en especial los de recepción y los del comedor. Respecto a la comida el/la Cheff de este restaurante no es que este un peldaño mas arriba que su competencia mas cercana es que esta al final de la escalera, hace unos dias que dejamos este hotel y todavia sueño con los mini tournedos era algo EXCELSO,es el plato mas delicado y sabroso que he comido en mi vida y claro esta su personal de sala lo mejor de lo mejor

Un buen hotel pero envejecido.

El Hotel ya no merece ser un 5 estrellas. Una cosa es contar con determinados servicios y otra es que para ser un 5 estrellas el estado de las habitaciones debe ser impecable y nuevo. Si un hotel se deteriora con los años o se renueva o debe perder la calificación de 5 estrellas.

Bien situé dans la ville, permet de faire son shopping à pied.

Un portier inexistant, une chambre glaciale car les femmes de ménage avaient laissé les baies vitrées ouvertes, un personnel non francophone, des matelas peu confortables surtout pour le second couchage.
