Clean and tidy

Some clear directions would have helped, spent some time locating the hotel , difficult to stop and ask in town

Overall Excellent but with one significant caveat. Excellent location, with easy walking distance of all great shopping and restaurants in central part of city. Excellent reception by staff with friendly demeanor, clear explanation of parking and other services, and personally helped with our many bags. Parking very convenient with entrance 50 meters from front door and dedicated elevator to hotel from parking. Excellent dinner in the 1st Floor restaurant with friendly, patient staff (for translating menu) and near gourmet quality. Well equipped, clean, modern facility overall with very good rooms. Excellent selection for breakfast, but only one worker who cannot keep-up with demand for coffee and other customer needs. The one caveat....

The air conditioner did not work. After a day of shopping, returned to room with no a/C. Upon getting ready for sleep, brought situation to attention of front desk. Young gentleman went with me to room to investigate. Basically told me that I was wrong, and that a/c was now working properly ("you see, the two lights are showing"....when it's clear to me the a/c symbol light is not showing). Bottom line, after an uncomfortable night and after breakfast, mysteriously the a/c was now truly working (with no adjustment from me. So, I feel the night desk clerk is either truly clueless or purposely misguided me. I brought this to attention of front desk upon checkout. While pleasant and reporting they will investigate, I was hoping for more....slight compensation or apology. This is only aspect that makes this not a 5-star.

Hemos estado varias veces, me ha sorprendido gratamente el servico de comida en la cafetería, y significativo que en el desayuno el zumo de naranja es natural, cosa que ocurre en pocos hoteles, sigan mejorando e iran ganando clientes,`porque somos bastantes a los que nos gusta ir un par de dias Andorra y estar alojados en un sitio agradable, desgraciadamente son muy pocos los hoteles andorranos de los que se puede opinar esto.

Cuidaria un poco más la selección de embutios y quesos del desayuno, estaban resecos, así como el pan era de infima calidad y hablamos de un cinco estrellas

En general bien. La,limpeza de la habitación y orden de cosas en la misma regular.

El precio del parking y la poca oferta en el desayuno, en particular la fruta que tenia un aspecto poco llamativo.

Très bien situé, facile d'accès, propre et confortable

La cocina y el spa son muy buenos pero no suficientes para suplir las carencias en otros apartados.

Después de diez años visitando este hotel he de reconocer que se ha quedado obsoleto. La atencion al cliente es claramente mejorable, necesita una urgente revisión de las habitaciones. Lo peor de todo es que la opinión del cliente expresada in situ, es permanentemente ignorada por todo el staff. No les interesa para nada mejorar. Viven de la ubicación y de una imagen externa que es atractiva. Lo peor de este hotel se te revela cuando te alojas en el. Por cierto, el parking carísimo, plazas muy pequeñas y atencion al cliente aun peor que en el hotel. Recomiendo el parking externo para todo aquel que cometa el error de ir a este hotel.

Todo muy correcto. Excelente relación calidad-precio

Es el mejor hotel en el centro de Andorra la Vella. Habitaciones espaciosas y con muchos detalles. Ubicación perfecta para ir de compras. Buen restaurante, SPA y hasta pianista en el lobby!

En general todo bien, es confortable y muy bien situado, el staff del hotel es muy atento.

Al igual que en otras criticas que he leido estoy de acuerdo en que las camas son durisimas y por lo tanto no muy comodas, necesitarían una revisión a este respecto.

Le hall d'entrée et le lobby sont magnifique !

La chambre n'a rien d'une chambre d'hotel 5 étoiles ! C'est a peine du 3 voir un petit 4 étoiles !C'est dommage car l'hotel est parfaitement situé mais ils jouent sur la réputation du plaza sans donner la quintéssence voulue !Je regrette que les chambre soient si banales et sans plus de luxe, je connais des hotels 4 étoiles en Andorre dont les chambres sont beaucoup plus spatieuse avec la salle de bain en marbre et beaucoup plus chaleureuses ! Pour ces raisons il n'y pas de chance que je retourne à cet hotel !
