Freundliches Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant. Schöne Ausstattung der Zimmer. Auffahrt zu Parking katastrophal / Die Klimaanlage ausser Betrieb Folge : Mit offenem Fenster sehr lärmig durch Strassenverkehr. Ferner ein Dampfabzug der die ganze Nacht hindurch summte => Somit kein Schlaf möglich. => Müde am Morgen. |

Die Junior-Suite war neu renoviert und sehr modern. Das Badezimmer war super groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Andorra la Vella (ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß zum Zentrum). Das Frühstücksbuffet war typisch spanisch und der Raum war sehr warm. |

Sehr zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut und bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr teurer Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Ansonsten keinerlei Parkmöglichkeit. |

tiefgarage im Hotel. Das Hotel ist in Andorra selber sehr schwer zu finden.Ohne Stadtplan hat man keine Canche. wäre gut im Vorfeld einen Stadtplahn zu bekommen. |

Es gab keine Nichtraucherzimmer. Klimaanlage nicht individuell regulierbar. Zimmer zur Strasse sehr laut. Receptionistin sprach kein Englisch bzw. kein Französisch. |

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained, staff were helpful and courtious. Spa and pool facilities good. Restaurant menu very limited at weekend. Car park very copact, do not take a big car! |

The room was clean and was probably everything that i like... the staff in the reception was awful, i arrived quite late ( 1 am ) and i couldn't park the car because the park was full and that's it, the hotel staff didn't gave me any alternative i had to park the car really far away in the middle of the night, i didn't understand almost anything that the woman said because she didn't speak a word in english, she spoke a fluent spanish... the hotel is a 3star hotel and not more...the hall is pretty but the room is old.. |

Friendly receptionists speaking sufficient English and internal car park, albeit rather expensive, but necessary, and not available at many other hotels in the location. No kettle in the room,and a charge of 1.5 euros for a small glass of milk. |

Being a seasoned traveler I recommend this hotel to anyone. Apart from the late 1990's style decor it is very clean and comfortable. The integral car park is great as parking in this very congested town is difficult. Good, plentiful breakfast and there are many facilities including a swimming pool on the top floor. Hotel reception staff were very helpful. |

friendly staff , good food, with an excellent selection for breakfast. super junior suite with a very comfortable bed. beautiful heated pool, but could only use it once because the two ladders had narrow treads which makes it tricky for a mature person to climb up and down on.disappointing for me as i was hoping to be able to use it every day |
