The rooms were comfortable and the balcony was great at letting fresh air in, although a little noisy from the street. Plenty of parking available, although it is expensive in Andorra. The Reception staff were quite rude and were not welcoming. While checking in, she had a conversation in Spanish with the other receptionist and another couple checking in. The only time she acknowledged us was when she needed to ask for passport, etc. The hotel did not have a record of our booking and they were reluctant to resolve the issue. Service in the cafeteria was unprofessional as the waiter was arguing with his teenage son and he became angry with us when we were ordering. Recommendation for the hotel facilities, but not for the staff.

There was an excellent choice for breakfast and the food was excellent. The management and staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our requirements. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable

The staff in reception were helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast selection in the mornings was excellent. Nobody in the group I was travelling wih had a bad word to say about the hotel. The only thing I would say is that the access to the parking is very difficult.

Excellent value, with an expansive and extremely comforable and well- euipped room. The location was also pretty good. Acknowledging that space is at a premium in Andorra la vella, the dedictaed car park entrance and exit was a bit of a challenge (although staff are prepared to help you, should you need it).

They updated their rooms but the layout was not comfortable. We did not like the hotel at all. The hotel was not full and they gave us a room that you needed to take two elevators . the parking was so small they had to give us two parkings. We had planned to stay six days but decided to move to another hotel on our second day.

Very good Junior suite for family...nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. Good value for money. The reception staff was not nice while other staff was good. This is really a shame...also parking is not very easy and good.

The room was surprisingly big and with huge bed. Also we liked the style of the room ' white and modern. The staff was very friendly. As we were there in the summer the hotel was almost empty and all the swimmng pool with jacuzzi was only for us.

Comfort of the room and hotel are excellent - breakfast buffet very good - unfortunately very noicy at streetside. The noice ! inpossible to open a window !

breakfast no parking for our car as car park was full, beds were very hard, blankets full of static and kept giving us shocks, room way too hot, decor dated, booked double room non smoking but got a smoking twin room.

La junior suite estaba muy bien. El parquing era de muy dificil acceso, un coche un poco grande no gira en las curvas del parquing. La situacion. Está un poco alejado del centro.

En principio decir que el hotel olía fatal, los jacuzzi exteriores no es que estuvieran fuera de servicio es que estaban destrozados, bajo el hotel existe un Pub de salsa bastante conflictivo, tuvieron una pelea en plena calle y tuvieron que intervenir las policías locales, con lo cual fue imposible dormir pues esto sucedió a las 3 de la madrugada. El catering como el de cualquier hotel de 2/3 estrellas escaso y servicio deficiente (tardan en reponer). En definitiva no recomiendo este hotel.

Parquing fatal , ¿a quien se le ocurrió la mala idea de poner el aire acondicionado encima de la cama??? Que intente dormir I escoja entre pasar calor o cojer un resfriado. Hice una reserva por internet de dos habitaciones con desayuno y cuando me di cuenta solo habia una con desayuno, en el hotel me dijeron que justo cuandohice la reserva sacaron la oferta??? Al final tuve que pagar un desayuno extra!!!! El parqing me dijeron que mi coche era muy grande y las plazas que quedaban disponibles eran muy pequeñas y que a menudo habian quejas de rascadas y el hotel no se hacian responsables y que mejor me buscara la vida y aparcase en otro lugar!! Para mi no se merece 4 estrellas

La habitación para tres personas estaba muy bien , el parking muy mal no se puede aconsejar y la ubicación regular. El parking, y que cobrasen el jacuzzi

El hotel esta bastante retirado del centro para ir andando. Las instalaciones son normales. Los baños de las habitaciones son antiguos y en lugar de mampara cuentan con cortina de baño. La piscina cubierta y el jacuzzi estan incluidos, pero las instalaciones exteriores llevan incremento y no valen mucho la pena.

La piscina y el jacuzzi son libres,la limpieza En recepcion no te explican nada llegamos por la tarde y el señor que nos atendio mu pocas ganas de nada el parking de muy dificil acseso el restaurant es carisimo no tiene buffet solo desayuno pero pocas cosas fuimos una familia todos en cama separada no hay cama de matrimonio muy viejas las instalaciones y si no entregas el dni de todas las personas inclusive los bebes no te dan ni el mando del aire acondicionado.mala atencion.ubicacion no esta en el centro
