nice breakfast very expencive parking, smoking room instead of non-smoking, very loud room from the street, had to pay for everything in hotel even room security box, hotel solarium since to be roof tarrace, bathroom wasn't clean, |

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained, staff were helpful and courtious. Spa and pool facilities good. Restaurant menu very limited at weekend. Car park very copact, do not take a big car! |

The room was clean and was probably everything that i like... the staff in the reception was awful, i arrived quite late ( 1 am ) and i couldn't park the car because the park was full and that's it, the hotel staff didn't gave me any alternative i had to park the car really far away in the middle of the night, i didn't understand almost anything that the woman said because she didn't speak a word in english, she spoke a fluent spanish... the hotel is a 3star hotel and not more...the hall is pretty but the room is old.. |

Friendly receptionists speaking sufficient English and internal car park, albeit rather expensive, but necessary, and not available at many other hotels in the location. No kettle in the room,and a charge of 1.5 euros for a small glass of milk. |

Being a seasoned traveler I recommend this hotel to anyone. Apart from the late 1990's style decor it is very clean and comfortable. The integral car park is great as parking in this very congested town is difficult. Good, plentiful breakfast and there are many facilities including a swimming pool on the top floor. Hotel reception staff were very helpful. |

Good breakfast,until 10.30(not 10.00),very good position,good prices,very nice the triple suite,big parking with no problems for small-compact cars with experienced drivers. English language is not so known(unfortunately in all Andorra) |

friendly staff , good food, with an excellent selection for breakfast. super junior suite with a very comfortable bed. beautiful heated pool, but could only use it once because the two ladders had narrow treads which makes it tricky for a mature person to climb up and down on.disappointing for me as i was hoping to be able to use it every day |

La relación calidad precio, al menos de la habitación que ocupamos (una Junior Suite) me ha parecido extraordinaria con los precios que se aplican durante esta temporada. Habitación muy amplia, así como el baño; quizás se echa en falta que no tenga bidé (y no será por falta de espacio), lo suple su gran bañera y su espaciosa ducha. Está un poco retirado del centro, unos 10 minutos andando. Pero fundamentalmente lo que menos me ha gustado (algo muy generalizado) es la imposibilidad de conseguir que no entre luz del exterior al amanecer. ¿Por qué los hoteles no dan la más mínima importancia a este hecho?. |

Las instalaciones y las habitaciones estan bien. El personal es muy agradable. La sauna con que cuenta el hotel no se encuentra incluida en el precio, así como que carece de gimnasio. |
