Friendly receptionists speaking sufficient English and internal car park, albeit rather expensive, but necessary, and not available at many other hotels in the location. No kettle in the room,and a charge of 1.5 euros for a small glass of milk. |

Being a seasoned traveler I recommend this hotel to anyone. Apart from the late 1990's style decor it is very clean and comfortable. The integral car park is great as parking in this very congested town is difficult. Good, plentiful breakfast and there are many facilities including a swimming pool on the top floor. Hotel reception staff were very helpful. |

Good breakfast,until 10.30(not 10.00),very good position,good prices,very nice the triple suite,big parking with no problems for small-compact cars with experienced drivers. English language is not so known(unfortunately in all Andorra) |

friendly staff , good food, with an excellent selection for breakfast. super junior suite with a very comfortable bed. beautiful heated pool, but could only use it once because the two ladders had narrow treads which makes it tricky for a mature person to climb up and down on.disappointing for me as i was hoping to be able to use it every day |

We thought the hotel facilities were very good, and made use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. This is not about the actual hotel, but we felt that when we had walked into the centre and back during the day we did not feel that we wanted to walk the same distance again. It was just a little far out for us. Also we were fortunate that we had parking at their sister hotel, as our jeep would not have fitted into the parking area. |

Helpful staff, a jacuzzi free of use and spacious rooms the parking is an absolute disaster (tightest, curviest and steepest garage entry I have every seen), make sure to ask the staff when you think you're not able to make it up the ramp given that there have no problem helping you out. |

Excellent room, excellent service. Porter who helped us find our room refused a tip. They served an excellent breakfast that was part of the price for our room. The parking is on a second floor up a circular drive that has a sign warning the user that it is hazardous. I would not recommend using it for a person who is not familar using a car with a stick shift. A SUV definitely would not make it up the narrow ramp. Parking in the area outside the hotel is limited. |

l'accueil du personnel ( surtout celui du zacouzi et piscine ), les équipements de détente ( piscine et zacouzi ) . le petit déjeuner. Le parking : cher et difficile d'accés. La solution alternative est trop loin de l'hotel. |
